nice team maybe, but horrible luck so far for me. i'm 0-3 (if i lose tonight which is probably). first week i didnt check the league and started an injured steve smith and vanderjagt so i lost. last week i barely lost like 121-116. i got the 2nd highest score in the league last week. and this week all my players were playing hard ass teams. so yeah, i'm sure i'll do better as the season goes on, but i seriously need to start winning some games!

Posted by chach on Sep-26-2006 02:28:

51 yarders will certainly help...

ya i guess some bad luck once steve smith gets back in rythm thatll certainly help and peytons always good for some points.. your running backs are decent i didnt get a high round rb and got frank gore and hes done well for me...

I'll take it. Bears got a shot to make it atleast to the NFC championship game this year, fuck Steve Smith.

Got the Seahawks next then Buffalo @ home, then Arizona and then recieve the Dolphins @ Soldier Field.Hopefully they can win all those games before going on a 3 straight road games vs Giants,Jets, and New England.

Bears are no longer just a running team eventhough thats what they preech in the Windy City.

THE MADDEN JINX STIKES AGAIN! ! !

Posted by chach on Sep-27-2006 15:13:

Thumbs down TO attempted suicide???

wtf this is ridiculous i hope the news are wrong that would suck if he tried to kill himself so many people dont like him but im a fan of TO supposbly he took 35 painkillers and his publicist called the cops and 911..

Posted by nfekted on Sep-27-2006 15:20:

yea it's pretty sad. I turned on espn in the morning and saw this. It's all over the airwaves. Supposedly he tried to o.d on painkillers. I'm watching ESPN News though and now the T.O camp says he DIDN'T try to commit suicide and that he developed some sort of allergic reaction to the painkillers. If he indeed tried to kill himself, that's so sad though.

Posted by chach on Sep-27-2006 15:24:

ya from the looks of things they might be tryin to cover it up.. why would he even want to commit suicide though hes fucking terrell owens!

Posted by PatMcGroin on Sep-27-2006 20:23:

who cares about owens? i do whatever everyone else in the nation should do, pay him no fucking attention...

so this week i'm playing a 3-0 team in my fantasy league. i'm 0-3. but i think i might have a chance... check my lineup.

QB Peyton Manning, IND (vs @NYJ)
RB Chestor Taylor, MIN (vs @BUF)
RB Dominic Rhodes, IND (vs @NYJ)
RB/WR Donte' Stallworth, PHI (vs GB)
WR Steve Smith, CAR (vs NO)
WR Anquan Boldin, ARI (vs @ATL)
TE Jason Witten, DAL (vs @TEN)
D/ST Panthers, CAR (vs NO)
K Mike Vanderjagt, DAL (vs @TEN)

i might switch rhodes for marion barber cuz they are playing tennessee.

the guy i'm playing his line-up is currently set at
QB Donovan McNabb, PHI (vs GB)
RB Steven Jackson, STL (vs DET)
RB LaMont Jordan, OAK (vs CLE)
RB/WR Brian Westbrook, PHI (vs GB)
WR T.J. Houshmandzadeh, CIN (vs NE)
WR Donald Driver, GB (vs @PHI)
TE Heath Miller, PIT (BYE)
D/ST Patriots, NE (vs @CIN)
K Jeff Wilkins, STL (vs DET)

he wasnt even at the draft and hes 3-0. fucking bullshit. but whatever, i think i got a good shot to knock him off. i need a win badly. what do you all think?

Apparently it was all baseless rumours and wishful thinking by the media. They would have a fuckin field day with that story if it was true. Big deal, he had a bad reaction to painkillers. This can happen to anyone, which is why they have all those little warnings on them. If he would have taken 35 of them he wouldn't be around to talk about it.

All this T.O., Anna Nicole, Paris Hilton and other BS reporting is such a fucking joke already. These media people need to get a grip. BS that used to be non-news and was reserved for trashy publications like the National Inquirer now makes up the majority of our news. But it's not news, it's gossip and BS.

Posted by MeLLyMeL on Sep-28-2006 00:20:

TO was asked if he tried hrting himself?? which he said yes.. but now they are saying it's not true?

i dunno whats going on. thats all i got to hear @ work and the sports radio am crap.

i think i said this before, but in case any of you forgot..

Posted by av1 on Oct-01-2006 02:24:

It seems pretty clear the Gators are the best team in Florida this year. But they have a very difficult schedule they will need to survive in order to stay in the mix.

UM got lucky and barly beat Houston, or is it whoston??? Thank God we ran the ball, and well, or Wright would've messed it up again.

Posted by MeLLyMeL on Oct-01-2006 17:45:

lol.

my brother says that i'm the only person who celebrates when we score a field goal. It's cuz i've had a crush on Olindo Mare since I was like 12 or 13.

w0000t!

You go OLINDO!

edit- not even with the Fumble Taylor got can we score a fuking TD

and whats up with that shit now in the 4th. 2 sacks back 2 back. wtf. 21 sacks in 4 games.

yippee /sarcasm

Thumbs down

The only thing worse than Glaude's set last night is how the Dolphins are playing this year.

For real.

My 2 teams that were up most of the damn game ended up losing.

Wtf happened to the chargers .

The Dolphins are fuked. O-line ftl. 21 sacks for mr Culpepper. Congrats.

Posted by av1 on Oct-01-2006 20:49:

You called it. Saban better do something about the line. If he doesn't do so quick, Culpepper will end up getting hurt again. Sacked 21 times and hit 21,000 more already. His knee will not hold up much longer.

The Chargers are good and should bounce back like good teams do. Merriman is a beast on defense.

Posted by Renzo on Oct-01-2006 23:01:

The Dolphins are shit right now. It was a must-win for them today, cause it's not gonna get any easier for them from here on out. In their next 4 games, they play both New England and the Jets away, and then they play the Packers here and then the Bears @ Chicago. I don't even have to tell you guys about the Bears' defense.

They can easily be 1-7 soon. Not good.
