out of 22620 files (don't know how many are actual tunes):

01 Pink Floyd - Empty spaces
From the Wall, I'm a way bigger fan of their earlier stuff.

02 CRW - I feel love (R.A.F. mix by Picotto)
Used to love this tune, still like it. The original is better.

03 Speedy J - Glow
14 second loop from the vinyl version of Loudboxer which has 200 locked grooves with loops from the album.

04 Baksteen - Watskeburt
Haha, wicked dutch hiphop tune with electro type beat.

05 Pink Floyd - Love scene (Take three)
Pink Floyd again? This damn shuffle isn't random. Anyway, nice short ambient thing.

06 The Orb - Blue room (Full lenght)
40 minutes long, ambient house. Actually haven't listened to the whole thing yet.

07 The Beatles - From me to you
It's a Beatles tune.

08 Boards of Canada - Zoetrope
Good stuff.

09 Aphex Twin - Hangable auto bulb
My list has quite a lot of big names.

10 Ryksopp - Triumphant
Not a big fan of the new album, apart from Alpha male.

11 Burnski - Ball point
Burnski is gonna be big i think.

12 Yellow Magic Orchestra - Focus
These guys were apparently pretty infuential, haven't gotten around to listening to their stuff yet.

13 Explosions in the Sky - Remember me as a time of day
Some nice post rock, not their best though.

14 Ame - Rej
Most of you know this tune.

15 Astral Projection - No one ever dreams
Typical Astral Projection stuff, i like it apart from the kick drum hehe.

Nice list imo.

No one's done a new post on this for a bit, so it's time to do Round 2! What surprises will crop up this time? What cheese will betray your tastes? Will more of Homework be filled in? Let's go!

1. Tulku - Journey Of The Warrior (The Funky Shaman's Mix)
Eh... kind of a drab tribal outing with some Native chants in the background.

2. Joel Mull - Don't Go
Funky ass Detroit techno. Niceness.

3. Electro Sun - In My Dream (Album Edit)
Slap-happy full-on psy with wailing divas! Goofy but you can't help but get a silly grin on this one.

4. Electro Sun - Super Nova
What the..? Electro Sun again!? Well, I only have some 600 odd MP3s stored on my lappy, so I guess repeats come easy. Noted for some Gollum samples.

5. Eat Static - Inner Peace
Man, and the psy just keeps coming. This is Eat Static back in their early goa days, before the aliens abducted them.

6. Platinium - Digital Deck
AGAIN with the psy!!?? Good god. A weaker offering from the Trans'pact label. Bass is still missing.

7. Swayzak vs Theorem - Bad Hair Day
Mmmm... dubby minimal.

8. Moby - Go (Woodtick Mix)
Going hardcore here... well, old school hardcore. None of those lovely little pads that made the original so memorable, but this is still fun.

9. London Elektricity - Different Drum
Super smooth liquid funk from the Hospital leader.

10. The Future Sound Of London - Antique Toy
Man... are some of those songs ever difficult to describe on Dead Cities...

Part Two:

The cheese got me this time.

Posted by Danny Ocean on Oct-04-2006 20:42:

1. Tool - The Patient

You have to love Tool, one of the few rock bands that are actually up there and have stood time.

2. Trentemoller - Late Night Cab Driving

I really do feel like im in a cab when i listen to this one...NYC Cab, 3am, cracked out. Anyways, beautiful Deep House with a beautiful saxophone..

3. The Doors - Touch Me

Jim Morrison, i'de touch him.

4. Ellen Allien and Apparat - Retina

This is from one of my favorite artist albums this year, Orchestra of Bubbles, check it out.

5. Matchbox 20 - Long Day

Brings back memories of a family trip to Miami ages ago.

6. Coheed and Cambria - Three Evils (Embodied In Love and Shadow)

One of the few progressive rock bands from recent years that i absolutely love. Check out their album Good Apollo Im Burning Star IV:Volume One of Through the Eyes of Madness. You really need to listen to their three albums though, each with a different sound.

7. Sultan feat. Stephanie Vezina - Isabella (Original Mix)

Sultan has to be one of my favorite producers, he's got so many badass releases under his name and with Ned Sheppard from Digital Witchcraft (Jiva). This track is just progressive breaks at it's best.

8. Counting Crows - Anna Begins (Live at VH1 Storytellers)

You really feel the emotion of this track when played live. Counting Crows live are just awesome.

9. Dominik Eulberg & Gabriel Ananda - Schierker Kreisel

Do some K and listen to this track, thank me later.

10. Pink Floyd - Shine On You Crazy Diamond (Live/Pulse Album)

Pulse, released in 1995 is a 2 CD live concert from PF with David Gilmore doing a badass job at vocals. Definitely one of my top Pink Floyd albums. Disc 2 has Dark Side of the Moon performed flawlessly, better than the original album. If youre a PF fan this is a must have.

Posted by Sand Leaper on Oct-04-2006 20:58:

OK, round 2:

The Detroit Escalator Co. - Crystallized

I'm not very familiar with Danny Oliveira's work, but this is lush. Shimmering pads and subtle delayed percussion underpin some soft female vocals that work brilliantly. The beatless reprise of this is perhaps even better.

Jamie Anderson - Trippin

Banging peaktime stuff from one of techno's most consistant producers. Good to have the 303 back in there too.

Ural 13 Diktators - Total Destruction (Johannes Heil Remix)

More techno, figures. Anyway, this sounds better in a mix than on the home stereo, but still a nice and punchy affair with a great bassline and sweeping synths in the background.

Mistrial - Symphony Of Sorrow

Wonderful ambient tune that I found while going through netlabels. Soaring strings rush out of your speakers to great effect. I just wish it was longer. The beats that come in at the end add so much to the track, but only last for about half a minute.

Alex & Vince - Angel Dust

One of the more interesting releases Bonzai came out with after Banshee was established. Superb percussion work on this one.

Noctiluca & Mystified - Air In Vacuum

Another netlabel ambient thing. Lots of scary vibes on this one, with some sparse piano that works rather well.

Arctic Hospital - Our Metropolis

This guy is definitely one to watch in the future. This track can be found on his new album "Citystream", which is filled with lovely atmospheric slices of techno such as this one.

Steve Mason - Double Wobble Trouble

Steve was a bit of a legend back in the mid 90s, playing belting acid sets that picked you up and threw you around around the room like a rag doll. This tune reflect his uncompromising style rather well. Nice touch with the church bell sample, too.

Sepulcrum Spei - Algor

Dark folk ambient? Sign me up. Ominous, sinister wind sounds form the basis for this haunting track, complete with flute and violin.

Alva.Noto & Ryuichi Sakamoto - Logic Moon

Shows how much one can achieve with so little. This collab revolves around little else than Ryuichi playing a few chords on the piano, while Markus Nikolai (Alva.Noto) adds some gentle glitches here and there. The result is breathtakingly good.

Motionchild feat Armenian Sun - Godsend (Benya Remix)
Good track by upcoming talent motionchild, but anyway the Benya remix overpowers it like it is nothing really, stunning!

Miguel Sassot - Empty
Good track by Sassot, and the Aly & Fila remix is quite wicked also and is the number 1 for me

G-Pal - 0cean Of Blue (Sultan Remix)
Chilly progressive Trancetrack , very nice as i hear it again now i advise it Sultan with the amazing remix, like only he can giving the track a chilled and dark feeling at the same time

Q-IC & Ghost - Desire, Go Higher (Club Mix)
shit
this is a Belgian Jumptrack actually, i shame myself for it but it has been a massive hit around here and that's why i have it , i kinda think this is one of the only jumptracks i can actually 'enjoy' a bit, nice cutvox in the break btw LOL , this hurts ^^

Koris vs Djule - Orange Dub (Original Mix)
Amaaaaazing track by upcomming producers koris and djule there's also a Mesh remix of it and i gotta tell you: It's one of the best tracks this year imo ^^ Mesh did it again.. But now for the Original.. it's more chilled than the original , where the Mesh remix gives it a more uplifting feel

Annie Lennox - A thousand Beautiful Things (Gabriel & Dresden Techfunk Mix)
ahmm.. I actually dont like this one very much.. but i once had a G&D crazeness and started searching for all of their remixes.. Kinda poor remix in my opinion

last one:
Vimana - We Came
Nice proggy track i like it, there's also a G&D remix of it, but as i hear this one again, i prefer the original mix nice funky melody imo

ok here we go

Sebastien Leger Ft. Gia Melish - Hypnotized
Electro House
I got a copy of the promo cd for this and i love it. My favorite mix is the Chris Lake dub but the original is good too.

Stunt - Raindrops
Trance
I dont remember getting this. Its not great but its alright. I think i heard it on the radio before maybe. Im not sure.

Jackson and his Computer Band - Arpeggio
Electro House
This was part of Soulwax's Mixmag Cd. It was a good cd but i think this was probably my least favorite track on it.

Andy Hunter - Alive
Drum and Bass?
I love all the stuff by Andy Hunter. This track was a bit different for him because he mostly makes House/Trance. Still good though. If you have never heard of Andy definatly check him out.

Vincenzo and Steve Ferrand - Love the Madness
Progressive House
Part of Balence 009 mixed by Paolo Mojo. I just got it yesterday so i havent had a chance to listen yet but this track sounds good and im looking forward to listening to the CD.

Dirty Vegas - Days go by (Lucien Foort mix)
?
A pretty good remix of this track. I like it but i think the original is better.

Ray Keith - Terrordome 2002
Drum and Bass/Breaks
This was part of 21st Century Breakbeat mixed by DJ Hype. Someone gave it to me and i havent really listend to it fully just in bits and peices. This is an alright track. Nothing special.

LCD Soundsystem - Daft Punk is Playing At My House
Indie Dance
I love this track. I dont really know what other people think of it but i like it.

The Killers - When You Were Young (Jacque Lu Conts mix)
Electro House?
My favorite track at the moment. I love it. One of my friends sent it to my and i cant stop listening to it. Definatly worth checking it out.

Electric Pulse - White Noise
Trance
Part of Tiesto's ISOS4. The CD is ok but this track is one of my favorites on there.

So theres my list. It was edited for EDM tracks but anyone who is intrested to know what came up that wasnt EDM it was just Queens of the Stonage - No One Knows and some Eminem Track. I cant remember which one.

Posted by montana on Oct-05-2006 07:26:

ok then, part 2

Apollo 440 - Lost In Space
cheesy goodness this, love the vocal samples whacked from the film.

Metallica - The Unnamed Feeling
Not a patch on their early work but this is still a good track

Petter - Det Gr Bra Nu
Blingblinghiphop in swedish, the minimalstyle beat (obviously inspired by Drop it like it's hot) is mintness. Good party track also

Sherine - Ba7ebak Awy
An arabic track from a decent singer, nice little ballad

Influx - Flexor
Have this on the Secret Life of Trance 2 compilation released on Rising High in 1993, good track, like the drumprogramming

Coldcut & Lisa Stansfield - People Hold On (Full Length Disco Mix)
UK House classic, love this track.

Antiloop - Speak & Spell
Agressive percussive techno made by the antiloop boys, rediscovered this awhile ago while relistening to the fastlane people album.

Slapped Eyeballers - Rede Hat Sie Gseit (Dimlite's November Version)
Released on Sonar Kollektiv in march this year, downtempo stuff. Like this one alot, especially cos of it's weird outro

George Michael - Strangest Thing
One of my fav george michael tracks in the later years, good lyrics.

Sia - Taken For Granted
One of the cuts taken from her Healing Is difficult album, good track, but definantly not anything special.

Wizzy Noise - Timeline (Blue Planet Corporation Remix)
Very good remix this, BPC adding some classic goatouches to the original

Souls - Simplicity
ok track, reminds me of radiohead - creep to a certain extent

Hemp - Army Of Me
Cover of the bjrk track done for her army of me compilation thing, the move of transposing that bassline into a guitar riff is nothing short of genius, love this version of the track, almost more than the original.

Ayumi, Dohzi-T & DJ Bass - Nothing From Nothing
Taken from ayumi (hamasaki)'s 1995 hiphop ep, 3 years before the doing jpop thing. it's a decent track, but it still makes laugh since i got to read the translated lyrics and yeah the rhymes are some funny shit. Good hook tho

Wildchild - Renegade Master (Fatboy Slim Oldskool Remix)
One of the best big beat tracks ever.

Posted by Ariah on Oct-05-2006 10:17:

my second time as well

Queen + Vanguard - Flash
came with some compilation... never given it a thorough listen

Dum Dum Boys - stjernesludd
cool relaxing song from a norwegian band

DJ Session One Meets Manuel Oettl - Trip To Africa
a friend sent this one to me a few years ago. used to listen to it a lot back then

Ian Van Dahl - Inspiration (radio edit)
cheese from my crap music directory

Sting - Englishman In New York
not gonna lie to you, dl'ed it afer someone sung it on Norwegian Idol...

Creedence Clearwater Revival - Have You Ever Seen The Rain
i like the vocalist here

Solar Stone - Eastern Sea
The First State Remix of this song is one of my favs!

Alice Deejay - The Lonely One (Airscape Mix)
forgot i had this one. cool cheese tho

Tisto - In My Memory (G & D elephant thingy)
from isos3, used to be my fav song on my fav cd, but after a while i realized that isos 1 & 2 is way better

Blank & Jones - Beyond Time (The Thrillseekers Remix)
this remix makes the tune listenable...

Posted by skip on Oct-05-2006 13:21:

finally got all my mp3s sorted in one playlist. so here we go!
30848 mp3s found. no idea how many doubles there are, probably over 5000 atm and i have no idea how much of these is something else than music. and this amount also includes my girlfriend's stuff.

01. Cosmic Baby - Lucifer
i think i downloaded this some years ago when i saw the cd single of this on sale somewhere and decided that i need to hear it first in case it's total crap or something. i remeber someone else buying the single before i heard this track even. can't say i'm bothered about that. this is nothing special. way too "anthemy". sounds like some sports program theme tune kinda. :P

02. X-Cabs - Reeva (Nicholas Bennison Remix)
i always loved neuro (and infectious is nice too) so i decided to check the new x-cabs stuff out. this is decent. nothing compared to neuro though, but then again it's not even supposed to be the same style.

03. anjunabeats - vol. 1 (above and beyond remix)
nice one. this is a pretty good epic trance tune IMO, from before a&b went shit. haven't listened to this in a while. this sounds cheesier than what i remember, still it's a nice tune and it brings back some good memories.

04. bomfunk mc's - rocking (just to make ya move) (dj orkidea's 160719942330 remix)
this one's nice too. bought the cd maxi of this track just for the orkidea remix, would be a lot better without the vocals though, but it's decent like this too. this one has a funny remix name too. apparently it means 16.07.1994 23:30, i have no idea what happened then though as this remix was done years after that date/time.

05. m.i.k.e. - got to have it (club mix)
there's some version of this on the "best of ep" released on bonzai, dunno if this one's any different, but that one at least was crap and i only bought the ep for sunrise at palamos. nothing interesting in this tune at all, stupid vocals and bad music, had to skip thru it.

06. Ozgur Can - Irony (Liam Shachar Mix)
hear irony on isos5 i think and liked it, so i decided to check all the other mixes out too. this mix is nothing special IMO. i'd buy the original at least or the cdr release of this one, but as city16.com went down and stole my money too and beatport only offers the whole release as a dl i think i'll have to skip this one, like every other lost language release. too bad for them

07. 2 souls feat. bari koral - in the beginning
nice. i prefer the dj dazzle and the dj astrid remixes, but this is nice too (well not the edit, as edits suck, but the original mix). i love the vocals in this one, that's the reason i bought the cd maxi.

08. da hool - hypochonda (harte kerle mix)
bought this cd maxi used somewhere. paid next to nothing for it. i thought this would be as good as "meet her at the loveparade". well it's not really very good. very old sounding. but then i've heard worse tracks though.

09. mauro picotto - pulsar
from picotto's "the double album". the lyric in this is one of the worst ever IMO, other than that, it's ok, but i much prefer the verdi mix that's on his "the others" album

10. armand van helden - funk phenomena 2k (mo-ryn's electrobreaker mix)
2000 remix of funk phenomena. bought the cdm for the brilliant da hool remix, haven't really listened this remix more than a couple of times. this mix really isn't very good, maybe that's the reason i have only listened to it a couple of times.

overall a very boring selection, no surprises, all EDM. maybe it'll reveal some hidden secrets next time.

Posted by D-res on Oct-05-2006 14:20:

Narcotic Thrust - When The Dawn Breaks
Moby - Porcelain
Bullet For My Valentine - Hand of Blood
Peace Orchestra - Who Am I
Paul Van Dyk - Nothing But You
Cass & Slide - Perception
Young Parisians - U Write The Rules
Funk D'Void - Emotional Content
Third Eye Blind - Motorcycle Drive By
Energy 52 - Cafe Del Mar (Marco V Remix)

Posted by Magadansky on Oct-05-2006 15:00:

Ok, my new one:
1. Calanit - Sculptured (Airbase Remix)
Weak Airbase production
2. Prosect - Sonified
Nice track from Inner Circle, I like it
3. Tranquility Base - Razorfish (Above and Beyond Progressive Mix)
Hm, decent...
4. Plastic Boy - Twixt
Twixt is far from his best productions...
5. Cosmosis - The Other Links
Very good track The best so far
6. Astral Projection - Flying into a Star
For me the worst track from those classic 2 albums of AP but still blows
7. Armin van Buuren feat. Jan Vayne - Serenity
Eh, cheese...
8. Ticon - Ass-tronaut
Good Ticon track
9. Total Eclipse - Age of Reason
Favorite Total Eclipse track
10. Solar Fields - Cocoon Moon (Glastonbury Festival 2005 mix)
I love almost all of Solar Fields productions, they are so relaxing for me
11. Cosmosis - Deus
Hm 2nd track from Cosmosis that my winamp plays but that one is even better than the previous one, actually my favorite from Cosmosis
12. Flashbang - Grooveslide (Vincent de Moor trance slide mix)
Huh .... dont know from where this popped up.. its not bad actually, there are worse tunes
13. Silicond Sound - Memento
Good track not so banging one but very good
14. Skysurfer - Here Comes the Sun (Piano Dream Mix)
Good one actually I forgot about it but I remind myself now, its not a bad track
15. California Sunshine - Under Cover
Good track from Flying Eye Land, I love the introduction in the bass in this track

Posted by Mr.Mystery on Oct-05-2006 15:16:

Round 2:

Armin van Buuren - Blue Fear (Original Extended)
I've never liked this tune. There was some reason I needed to have this a long time ago but I forgot what it was. I guess I also forgot to delete it.

The Doors - Love Me Two Times
Can't say no to mr. Morrison, now can you?

Cape Town - Touch the Sky, Talk to the Stars
I don't know why, but the B-sides of all Cape Town releases seem to be far superior to the A-sides. This is just a beautiful epic track with a massive break.

M.I.K.E. - Massive Motion
Had to get this to see what the fuss was about. I feel strongly indifferent about this tune.

OP:l Bastards - Masqued Lover
Fantastic quirky lofi electronica from Finland.

Mike Oldfield - Let There Be Light (BT's Pure Luminescence Remix)
I'd give almost anything to get the BT and Hardfloor mixes on CD/vinyl. In full, that is.

Hybrid - Fatal Beating
One of the weakest Hybrid tracks. Don't like it.

The Prodigy - Narayan
I really don't even need to comment on this one, do I?

BT - Somnambulist (Burufunk Remix)
I had high hopes for this but it wasn't as good as I expected. Still, not too bad.

Sensation - The Anthem 2003
Ehh. Used to like this but I just find it rather annoying nowadays.

Hrm...

Posted by Gauss on Oct-05-2006 16:38:

Converter - Deadman (Perdition)
This one's rhythmic noise... Sounds pretty f**ked up. Gotta be in really special mood for something like this.

Umek - Gatex (DJ Montana Remix)
Eh... As much as I love Umek, I never really liked Gatex. That melody simply doesn't float my boat. I guess DJ Montana made it a little easier for listening by remixing it, but I don't care really.

Somatic Responses - Melt Me Something Nice
Another rhythmic noise tune... This one has an IDM-ish sound to it.

Gavin Bryars - Raising The Titanic (Big Drum Mix)
Ah, what to say about something remixed by good ol' Aphex Twin. This one's on his 26 Mixes For Cash compilation. Not really fast, but it sounds pretty raw.

DJ Tisto - Nyana
It sounds alright, I suppose... Regular trancer, nice melody.

CombiChrist - Penalty Shot
Jesus, another rhythmic noise one. This one's pretty fast, I guess it would tear you apart if you heard it live.

Squarepusher - C-Town Smash
Okay, this one's weird, but nonetheless cool. It's Squarepusher after all. Doing some funky stuff on a guitar.

Nu NRG - The Shadow
From their Free Fall album... Yet another regular trancer, sound cool, but I haven't listened to it much.

Jan Vayne - Sweet Symphony (Junk Science Mix)
Don't know... Classical Trancelations sound pretty nice, but I'm not a huge fan of trance with classical music elements.

Akira Yamaoka - Walk On Vanity Ruins
Nice piano track from Silent Hill 3 soundtrack. This one's pretty soft compared to what he has done before.

Posted by Psy-T on Oct-05-2006 19:07:

1. Psy-T - 06-03-17-mom
starting out with a track of my own it's just a little monotonous classical piece i made in the last few hours before my mom's birthday as a present to her.

2. Model 500 - Off To Battle
the b2 from one of the many Strings Of Life vinyls, this one from 1989.. will probably delete this unless a more thorough listen will convince me i need it.

3. Monobox - Realm 04
haven't heard this up till now, starts out as minimal techno and evolves to something not far from tool techno, not my cup of tea.

4. Brainflowers - Goaliens
oldschool psytrance from 1996, not particularily good, not particularily bad.

5. Front242 - Trouble (Underviewer)
beatless industrial, lmao at the singing at parts, possibly the song's chorus - they just sing the word "oh" in different notes, if i'll save this it'll be purely for comedic value

6. The Commercial Hippies - The Unconventionalist
wow, this is cool.. it's from 2006 and it's supposedly psytrance, in that that it's marketed to psytrance fans via psytrance shops, but eh... nearly nothing about it sounds like modern psytrance.... ok ok, other than the few acid riffs here and there... but the kick isn't bog standard, it's rarely 4/4, the bpm is lower - without giving a 'progpsy' vibe. i'm honestly surprised about this, though the somewhat poor production values devalue it.

7. Kid 606 - Defective Boy
kid606 shows his love for resonating high tone sine waves among other melodic niceties, cute little thing.

8. Marc Romboy - Model 1601 (Fairmont Remix)
just another one of those bog standard border-community soundalikes, too cheerful and cheap to my liking, will be deleted.

9. Wizzy Noise - The Crow
w00t, finally a tune that sounds familiar, one i can be sure i heard before this game! what is it then? just another modern dark psytrance from 2000, nothing worth remembering honestly

10. Silicon Scally - Non Functional
tech house from 2002 that could easily be swept along either the 'electro' or the 'minimal' trends still in circulation, note worthy? nay.

11. Pleiadians - Meter
now this is sweet, oldschool psytrance from 1999, awesome synth lines and general feel.

12. Underground Circuit - I Want You (Hardcore Swing Mix)
house music filler from 1992, not good - not bad.

13. Tim Xavier - Track 2
taken from his 'unknown ep' of 2005, i suppose this is considered 'minimal', and i don't like it one bit. the mastering sucks, the sounds suck, the sequencing sucks, et cetera.

14. Mark Dwane - Memory Alpha
pianos, strings and quasi-vocal synths make up this ambient track from 2001. pretty nice.

15. Thelonius Monk - I Should Care
the only way you could beat thelonius monk is with john coltrane (or the combo pack). this song sounds like it could also double as a decent panty remover

16. Digital Motion - Cruise Part 1 (Jamie Anderson Epic Mix)
and here's some sweet tech house, not much to say.. chugging groove, good production values, you know, it's a good production, what more can be said?

17. Roman Tapia - Quadrantic
this track wants to kill my father and rape my mother no hard feelings though, at least it'd get me dancing like a twat

18. System7 - Interstate (Doc Scott Mix)
i don't usually download drum'n'bass, not that i have anything in particular against it, i just don't... this sneaked into my harddrive by being included with other remixes i appreciate more. wouldn't recommend this track to d'n'b heads either.

19. Various Artists - Studio 54 Megamix (Get Down Saturday Mix)
dude, this bootleg megamix has michael jackson's Billy Jean and chic's Fuck Off (ok ok, Freak Out) in it (aswell as a few more very high profile songs, the names of which i can't remember atm), how could it not rock?

20. Massive Attack - Incantations
...need i say anything here?

so there you have it, 20 tracks, out of which i have previously heard only 5

Substructure - Firewire
Starts out Ambient-ish, calm, uplifting. Turns into a bit of Downtempo, and feels as though it's something you'd play at the end of a movie when the main character reminisces, or during a happy ending.

The Beatles - Because (Shiloh Remix)
I'm very, very wary about anybody touching any Beatles material. If any producer screws it up, they should be shot. Thankfully, Shiloh nailed this remix. They used very little vocals (which saves the tune from potential bastardization), and the entire tune is a driving, excellent piece of Progressive House.

Mark Isham - ... Safe Now
Off of the Crash soundtrack, which is one of my favorite movie soundtracks, this short Ambient piece is erm... Melancholic? I dunno.

Angel Ace - Ocean Memory
Aah, a track I don't remember ever having, and I think this is my first real listen. Cliche Trance, but the melody isn't bad.

Coldplay - Fix You
I've never really listened to the entire track. Really nice tune.

James Zabiela - Live a Vibe, Florida 04.10.02
Starts off with a bit of ocean sampling, then his remix of Boomclick - Homegrown. Decent set, but really picks up at Ryeland Alison & Dave Dresden - Use Only The Drugs and gets better and better from there. It's more entertaining listening to him drop Chutney than Tiest0r.

Tiest0r - Traffic
I have mixed feelings here. I don't really know what to say.

Lars Bartkuhn & His Passion Dance Orchestra - Treasure Everywhere
Yay for Jazz!

Chab - Kiss100 Guest Mix, 04.24.05
Fucking excellent mix.

The Chemical Brothers - The Golden Path (Ewan Pearson Extended Vocal)
The original rocks, and is one of my favorite tunes. I don't think I've ever felt what I felt when they dropped it live; incredibly uplifting/euphoric. Pearson's version of the tune does plenty of justice to it. Brilliant.

U2 - With or Without You (Sultan & Miche Mix)
Starts out well, and builds gently into the original melody. Hits a break with Bono's moan/wail/cry thingy, followed by vocals. Plenty of justice to the original so far. Now, I'm thinking of retracting my previous statement. The lyrics "With or without you" are continously looped excessively, and bring the track down.

CJ Bolland - The Prophet
COME WITH ME!

Banana, na na, na na, na na, na na! Banana, na na, na na, na na, na na!

Marco V - Simulated
Wow, a bit of Tiest0r at Dance Valley 2001 with this one and CJ Bolland. Both good tunes, and a damn good set, too.

Moby - God Moving Over the Face of the Waters
Need I say anything here?

I'll call that good for now.
