Hahah, FunkyCrew,just now I realised that me and you were talking about different things - I was talking about how Neuromancer said that he arrived at KH during IM's set, and left during Markus's, which is impossible because Markus came on before IM did.

Neuromancer, you were probably listening to Rank1 thinking it was Schulz.

what a night! amazing set by markus, but Infected mushroom truely delivered!! i was with my gf and she thought it was the sickest sound she has ever heard (shes never heard psy-trance before).

Great night folks.

Nathan opened up with a great set. Markus was amazing as always. He just seems to be getting better and better. After that the night went to crap. Infected mushroom in my opinion should not have even been there. They should have given Markus an extra hour. Too many idiots dancing to what sounded like the same set they always play...Its either they start off with the same track they ended with from a previous set or vice versa.

After that I stayed for another 30 min for Rank 1 just to get that crappy music out of my system.

Schiesse...had to miss this Looks like everyone (for the most part) had a good time, glad to hear ... next time...

Schulz definitely destroyed that place! Wasn't into IM that much, psy trance isn't my cup of tea. Sean thanks for the guestlist..I didn't even see you last night!

Awesome night, saw almost everyone, was chatty with everyone until that little cigarette I had on the dancefloor, and I got quieter, and could not finish sentences, nor remember what I was talking about mid-sentence. I apologize to everyone if I made myself look like a sketchtard. Especially to those I met for the first time. Bad 1st impression.

The sets from everyone were as expected, though I preferred Rank1 the most.

I'm now having a beer for breakfast now, and back to the sack. Caio.

Full Review:

Came in at about 11, and from 11 to 12 I was in Guv cause I liked what Mark Oliver was playing more than I liked what Barato was playing. HOWEVER, at the end of his set, Barato dropped a TUNE AND A HALF: Moby - Go. You can NEVER go wrong with Moby.

Markus Markus Markus. Fouth time seeing him, and it happened to be the fourth time he completely knocked my socks off. I vote him as THE MOST CONSISTENT DJ EVER. In fact, if he continues to spin with this consistency, he'll dethrone the Dutch powerhouses in no time. Schulz = TRUE TRANCE. Absolutely phenomenal set. From what I remember and from reading this thread, these are the tunes that he dropped:
- Dogzilla - Without You (Great to hear, but it's time to retire this tune, Markus)
- Karen Overton - Your Loving Arms (Markus Schulz & Elevation remix) (also due for retirement)
- Above & Beyond - Air for Life (feat. Andy Moor) (ditto)
- Super 8 vs. DJ Tab - Helsinki Scorchin' (ditto)
- Vinyl Session - Session 6 CHOOOONNNN
- 4 Strings - Take Me Away (Purple Haze Remix)
- Rui Da Silva - Touch Me (feat. Cassandra) (some remix) (I actually ADORE the orginal mix, so I was wishing Markus played that one, but he didn't)

Infected Mushroom were exactly what I expected, since their performance was almost identical to last year's. Also, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD STOP CALLING INFECTED MUSHROOM PSY TRANCE! Cause they ain't. Psy Trance is stuff like MWNN, j00f, Astrix, Oakie before 2000, etc etc. Psy Trance is complex and flowing. What Infected Mushroom plays is more like some retarded Techno. I tried, but I just couldn't get that much into their set. A couple of songs were good. Too many of their songs sounded just like the one right before it.

Rank 1 actually surprised me. The last time he was here, I wasn't impressed by his set, but this time around it was definitely different. Awesome that he opened with Age Of Love, although I would have preferred another mix of it as I was dying to sing "COME ON, DANCE WITH ME, MOVE YOUR BODY, YOU LOVE THIS BEAT". But meh, I'll take what I can get. The beginning of his set was nice. I think we left around 5am.

Overall, had a really good time, and I'm glad I made the last-minute decision to come out. Although, I could have left right after Markus was done and not have missed anything significant.
