Dean Paul and DJ Hyperactive were dope. Hyperactive owned the fuck out of me with his acid sounds. Ivan and I were jamming to some 303 goodness! All I need in life are some tweaky 303 basslines and I'm a happy man. Lomeli's late-ass missed out on some great sets. As for Surgeon: he needs to go back to medical school because he can't operate worth shit. Who gave him his M.D. anyway? University of Paisa (U.P)? His set was so weak. Went absolutely nowhere. I tried so hard to get into it (for about an hour) but it didn't progress at all. It had no direction. Other than that, I want to thank Vidal and his bro for making last night happen. The vibe was chill, the visuals were amazing. Vidal going crunk = priceless! Vangelis is a down-to-earth kid. Really chill. I didn't stick around for Andrew Kelley vs. Buck, but I got a text from Lomeli at 4am saying he was dropping some minimal goodness. Where the fuck did Ivan go? We were chilling right until Surgeon gets on, this dude leaves and I don't see him the rest of the night. What happened to your phone hombre?

Did Richard Devine show up? How was his set?

It was great seeing DJ Hyperactive Fei-Fei bouncing off the walls, Electrophile, Chavez, Lomeli, Vidal, Robtronik, and Vangelis. The highlight of the night was passing out in |Thrax|'s car after stuffing our faces with Taco Bell and bumping the new Sven V�th In The Mix - The Sound Of The Seventh Season compilation...

surgeon was dropping some fucking cerebal shit! lots of mashups and on the fly remixes of his originals aphex twin twisted dubsteb and techno classics mixed in (beltram, dhs, mills, etc)

his set went somewhere....but you have to be more of a hard edged industrial fan to know those influences. seriously fucking bananas!!!
even devine was jocking. he played after surgeon btw. and he dropped some super fucked up IDM on the strength.

but if u didnt like surgeons dark noiseyness...you would have hated devine. his shit was too ruff and too insane. thnx to everybody who came out...the party was FUCKING PACKED!!!! (what was that...like 500+ people!?!!?)
