LOVED it!

i laughed hard. especially the part where he goes to see the feminist group and they're explaining to him what feminism is and how "women are equal to men" and he lets out a little giggle.

lol

Saw it yesterday, have to say it was a tad overrated. Too many interviews, articles, news blurbs, previews, commercials, youtube stuff, things on myspace. Movie was still hilariously awesome, but man...all that saturation got annoying. My favorite part was anything with the bear, that was just so out there

Also, when he said the Jews were responsible for 9/11 I think I was the only one in the theater laughing, my girlfriend kept telling me to shut up.

Your country sounds uptight. Let their hair down!

Posted by Protege on Nov-09-2006 19:29:

Really funny movie, but I agree with Bas that it got way too overexposed which made it a little less funny. Some parts would be like this is funny but you dont laugh cause youve seen them already. Maybe when it comes out on dvd Ill have forgotten all what was funny and be able to laugh at the whole thing again. I think the jewish race thing was the funniest part. Hurry kids, destroy the jew egg before it hatches!

Why was this scene deleted?

"Do not tell me what to do woman!"

Ha, nice.

They show deleted scenes on MTV sometimes, you can tell why they got the cut as they tend to drag on a bit.

Actually did that when I was in Amsterdam last week. Totally stoned we had the brilliant idea to un into the next cinema...I'm still not able to tell whether the 90 minutes of constant laughing were due to the Weed, Borat or both

as a long time fan of sacha's work I thought the film was slightly over-rated. dont get me wrong- it was fuckin great and some scenes were really shocking and well done but overall it wasnt as good as everyone is making it out to be. but i still loved it and id reccomend it to anyone because it really does deliver

Posted by XoxidE on Nov-11-2006 03:55:

haha, i just saw it, the jew parts were hella funny!

Posted by Yan on Nov-11-2006 06:16:

We are in the Jews' nest.

I enjoyed the movie as a case study of America rather than a straight-up comedy. I've seen a lot of Cohen's work prior to the movie so only a few scenes had me in stitches.

Posted by Jocker on Nov-11-2006 06:22:

awesome movie!!!!

I don't like you anymore

NOT!

spending so much time in the south, i truly enjoyed that southern part of the trip
and the 69 scene was f'ing gross but nonetheless hilarious

Only just saw this last night on DVD!!

hahaha it's fucken great. It is hilarious how he integrates his story into reality, shear genious. I freaken lost it when he got a message from the hotel concierge about his wifes death

That naked scene went for freaken ages, and then they keep fighting in the lobey, & then in the meeting room!!

And when he went dining with those "upper class" people & brings out his shit bag!!!!

The jew nest ...how they transformed into cockroaches & they throw money at them & run off afraid for their lives

aahh man I laughed pretty much all the way through. Sacha Cohen is a genius!

Posted by stren on Apr-16-2007 08:25:

yeah its true, but i doubt i would find it as funny, watching it again
