Does that come with a mandatory slivo?

In that case, I'm most definitely out

Working on legs sucks.

I dunno Frank, I don't think it's the legs that cause you to walk like a penquin

Look at the basic diet over there...heavy heavy carbs and fats. I would say that in proportion, people over there over a certain age are as likely to be a fat ass as they are here.

Also, fast foot with high caloric intake, such as McDonalds, just isn't available, and hasn't been available there as it is here.

Its also a matter of lifestyle. Here, people treat kids and younger generation as if they're complete idiots and made of freaking crystal glass. Kids aren't really encouraged to play and be active, and as such, this carries on into their teens and later on.

But I agree with the fat hanging in the clubs....some shame should be shown...

First of all I am Serbian....
I can really get into this but I'm not really in the mood to write a novel here...so anyway...

It really doesn't matter how bad the food is...The food here is absolut shit compare to down in Europe...it is full of carbs and it is all preserved...well most of it...this doesn't allow room for an excuse though....

All I'm trying to say is that pple are sooooooooooo lazy!!!!!! Hence why they are so fat...McDonald's in Europe is hard to come by....it really is...

Pple here are not active as much u're right...and that's because the society, once again is lazy!!!! You saying that kids are not encouraged to be more active is the one of the faults of this society...my god...don't you see that these are all pple's decisions...we decide on how our lifestyle will be....Once again...lazyness does not help...

Not trying to be rude really, it's the plain and simple truth....
Sorry if I sound a little rough, but once again this is something I have always hated about this country....

Maybe pple should learn to get off their asses and learn to cook a healty meal...My mother does this every day!!!! and still manages to work 6 days a week...to make sure that I don't go out and eat all the junk....I do the same for my boyfriend....

Isn't 60% or more of the population obese?????

Maybe it is mean, but it is really an ugly site...this just shows how much pple here don't care about their appearance...It's embarrassing....really is...

I think alot has to do with the vast distances that people have to travel to work, which results in Cars instead of walking / bike riding to school / work.

Also people in North America are alot more stressed then Europeans, the mentality is different here. People live to work, that means that thier career is thier # 1 periority in their life. That results in alot of stress, which then leads to bad eating habbits and weight gain.

Uh, no its not. I know what the fast food culture is like in Europe. I go there on a yearly basis. Go into any major European city and you'll find McDonalds without a problem. It's obviously not as developed as it is here, but you're lying to yourself if you think that the fast food business in Europe is small/non-existent.

The only difference is that here, we have a lot more unhealthy choices.

It's not small no shit...but there aren't many around...and one good thing is that it is expensive....alsoooooooooooo.....here in NA there is a fast food joint on every corner man....it's absolutely unbeleivable........

Very nice...then again this is normal in the European community...BEfore I met my bf he was all about junk food...You have no idea how much I have gotten him to love my cooking...and not just mine, but he learned to cook himself....saves money and it is sooooooooo much healthier

I LOVE junkfood. The taste, the smell, everything. But i know that it is bad for you. So i dont eat it, at least not very often. Maybe once a week, or once every two weeks. I see it as a cheat meal for my efforts to eat healthy at home. I mean i never had problems with weight so its not even that. I think eating good food at home, makes you feel alot better, healthier and you have more energy for your day.

Nicely said...I totally agree...It is a cheap way out...but it adds up with the price though...it ends up costing so much ... Jason (my Bf) learned to save so much money just by staying at home...

They're not that hard to come by, especially in major urban centres. In fact, in big cities they're just as easy to come by there as here. Of course overall there's going to be WAY more here. There's a much bigger market for this shit here. On top of that, North America is home to junk food.

Bigger market=lazy people

Yup. What do you expect though? North American culture is based around the "let someone else do it for me" mentality. Why do I have to do something, when you can do it for me?

Thank you...now do you see how the word "fat" ties in here?

K now I'm just confused. We were talking about the difference between fast food here and there. There's no argument that people here are more overweight than there.

Posted by Spin Laden on Dec-21-2006 01:57:

dude's legs are esp shredded because it's in competition condition (ie deliberate water flushing from the body). North Americans are fatter because of fast food, internet and computer games, tv watching, beer drinking, carbs and too much driving instead of walking or cycling.

whore-posting on this website is making me fat again
