k well i put it on last night at about 3:20 with headphones, laying down in my bed with all lights off
i don't remember a thing, i just woke up
so i can't speak for any of the effects its supposed to have, but god damn that was the best night of sleep i've had in ages, 13 hours completely undisturbed

ok i got it working, but when is the besting time to listen to this?
When your about to go to sleep or something? Or can you listen to this on the go...

personally i'm just curious how you get the different effects, does the effect change as you listen to the thing?
cause i just got one big long audio file and a short audio file intro, no control over what i listen to other than just randomly skipping into the middle

There are softwares based on binaural beating phenomenon where you can control the beat frequency etc. You can check Brain Wave Generator , for instance. This CD doesn't seem to give you any control over the frequency.

I hear it works great if you do drugs first.

I seriously felt like I had just hit up a few bowls. When I took the headphones off, it lasted maybe a minute more and stopped.
Fucking crazy.
