i have been accused of this before.... but the easiest and fastest recourse is to walk back into the lobby, demand to talk to the manager. start by explaining nicely hten as he refuses to comply. start bitching louder and louder till you are making a scene then they will reverse the charge to shut you up.

Write a letter to her superiors, the head office threaten legal action etc. Make sure you notify industry watchdog groups, trading standards once they know they can potentially get bad press they'll s*it their load and compensate you.

i won't lie, there are alot of special people here in medicine hat, it makes me feel like a celebrity.

She must have gotten in some sort of shit because i got the money returned back onto my credit card yesterday, so i think i've done enough... i'm still tempted to poop on the front desk but for all i know she's into that shit so i'm just going to walk away... sorry so anti-climactic.
