That's all illegal, and it's not illegal to be shitfaced in a bar...but it is illegal for the bar to serve you more alcohol after you're already shitfaced.

i'll walk from club to club with drinks in hand. we have DRIVE-THRU BARS here (yup, they'll make you a drink, and serve it right up to your car), you can basically be drunk where ever you like. omg, i think this is the ONLY thing i like about my country.

though they fucked it up with a midnight/2am on weekends law, no alcohol SOLD afterwards, since a few months ago

In some states it's illegal to sell alcohol between 2a-6a. I don't think those laws are nation wide. I know in Las Vegas alcohol is sold 24 hours a day and you can still smoke in doors. You may be able to drink on the streets there too, I'm not sure.

its okay dude. i make twice the money you do, I date hotter chicks then you'll ever jerk off over, and i got a bright bright future. I knwo it eats you up that a guy with less education, a "lower IQ", and not a whole lot of looks can do this so easily, but dude it liesin the balls. Ive just got more guts then you and therefore will always overpass you in every aspect of life because im willing to try and your too scared drowning in your own self pity.

Since each state is technically allowed to change their drinking age (government funding for roads will be taken away though...), why doesn't one state just rebel? I mean, yes taxes would go up, but I'm sure they would make a ton of money with the alcohol they sell (up the taxes on that, too).

Does anyone know if there are other vices that the federal government uses to keep the drinking age at 21?
