Exactly, if I had bought the car my monthly payment would have easily been $100 or more a month.

Leasing is great when u dont have much cash to put as a down payment. I never understood why people buy & finance cars with a low down payment. Then after 3-4 years the cars warranty is up & they have to start paying for expensive repairs on thier own while trying to make a huge car payment. Alot of times too the car they are making the repairs on is worth less then what they owe with how fast cars depreciate.

i hate it when people use the exotic makes and the word practicality in the same sentence! its like wtf! you dont pay 200k for a car to get groceries in! people are fucking stupid if they think that.

bas: yeah im ready to get rid of mine but only because i have 17k in 8 months while the allotted is 12k a year and cause i need a snail or at least more power. how much did you put down? i put 950 for mine.

one thing i can attest though that i would NEVER own is a house thats more than 5k square feet. i dont want to live in a warehouse.

An 04 huh? I was refering to the MK4 chassis (I know Bas' is a german car) Maybe Im mistaken or they went back to making them there but for a while they switched to brazil and mexico.

04 IS an MKIV chassis. MKIV = 1999.5 to 2005. MKV = 2006 to present.
