No they don't, they stop at 1am and start back up at 5 or 6am.
The trams run until midnight only too.

I'm picking up a few bottles in Cyprus myself. (or Barca if I can find any hah). My cousin tried last year to bring back three bottles of the crazy Eastern European kind but he got them dumped in the Uk, they were illegal substances...BAH.

Not sure when the lineup comes out but I am anxious to see it! The Awakenings festival lineup came out yesterday!

yup... signed the lease for our apartment yesterday morning.. everything went smoothly! Our place is much closer to downtown than I expected too (15-20 min walk) and we are in a nice area with a huge market at the end of our street. Paul and I have been doing some errands (just got my vodafone) and doing a lot of walking around... weather has been great too supposed to be about 13 degrees and sunny this weekend and the flowers are starting to bloom already (winter is officially over for me).
Now just hoping my first job interview on Monday goes well *crosses fingers*

As for Queen's Day, nah I have never been there for it. But it is massive and TONS of events going on. I have been to RockIt before though, the first year they had it. That is where I saw Kowalski and Skils play for the first time and I was totally impressed.

That is one sick lineup. I am sure you plan on going and having fun; just make sure you have fun for me too. Oh, and take pics

Odds are good we will check it out... no shortage of options here.. I am missing Ben Sims and Mark Broom tonight though (different parties).
As for the pics.. that will likely be Paul.. I think he might be taking some for livesets as well.

I wish I were there to see your initial reaction for Awakenings. When I went last year with my friends, they literally just watched my reactions when I walked into Gashouder and saw the setup. I was completely overwhelmed and excited and the highest I have ever been just from the atmosphere. (I stayed totally sober that night and the adrenaline from the party stayed with me until sometime the next day. I literally couldn't sleep!)

damn straight! I expect it will be similar to the first time I walked in to a huge Bell Centre party 7 or 8 years ago.. except I am much more excited for this lineup!
I will be meeting up with a bunch of people on the Sunday night party that I have been chatting with over the years which will be nice as well.
2 out of the 3 nights are sold out already.. not too surprising!
