No, I didnt. The wallpaper is called 'Suburban Fantasy' The itunes addon is called 'iTunes Bar' and is only available for the original widgets application 'konfabulator' now available thru yahoo as 'Yahoo Widgets'

I use the Dock as a way of shortcutting the applications which I find convenient and I can see them all at once, but I'm not planning to add any more. The overall performance isn't affected either.
