How about some help from the trance-energy lineups :B cough futurestage cough

futurestage: cor fijneman, joop, serge devant, menno de jong, Ronald van Gelderen, gareth emery, mark norman

edit; eddie halliwell/rank1

heres my opinions about lineups/and things ive experienced/noticed over the years.. i know somebody for example like cosmic gate headling would bring people from toronto (brings ppl out of retirement and such) no matter how far cosmic gate were, some even from new york..i know alot of guys from way back when that would come out for dj's that like that..... not chris lawrence..

i really dont think atb/dj dan and excuse my expression, an asshat like chris lawrence(sory i despise him) will entice people to drive a few hours up..

but many young djs like i listed from the trancenergy futurestage who are prob really affordable and would bring a crowd of hardcores out from other cities.. dj dan and chris lawrence frequent ontario and quebec... did i mention christopher lawrence is an asshat? lol

actually, for many of us (well maybe not TA people), goinng to radar isnt only about the DJs, its an experience. Back in the days of radar evolution one, the line ups were mostly locals, barely any headliners... yet it always had its following of 3000-5000 people, and most of them werent even from montreal.

now radar is back, bigger line up, probably better sound and light system. people will go. its radar, its a tradition. to rave on a mountain and ex-secret military bunker? and i like christopher lawrence.

its like shambala... u dont go only for the line up but for the experience.

Posted by robbiej on Mar-16-2007 17:00:

i suppose your right, but the fans of those days were in their prime and now have moved on,.. it'll be interesting to see how many people in 2007 you can pull to that party... sundance tech/trance area didnt do so great during the summer..

Posted by SummerWolf on Mar-16-2007 17:04:

if they advertise it properly in quebec city, it will be a big hit.

im a bit doubtful about montreal tho...

but im going to this... i was pissed off last year when RayJunior stop producing... i had booked vacation at the beginning of the year when i was in winnipeg just to come down to this as in 2002 it is one of my favorite event i ever attended. and god the promo cd made by djmad was just fantastic... actually u can listen to it on his website www.madstation.net or download it on globalsound

complete line-up

- SIMON MILLER
- SPHYNX
- MALICK
- DJ DAN
- CHRISTOPHER LAWRENCE
- PHYNN
- ATB
- NICK PILON
- ERIK EL

Decent lineup, not worth me coming from Alberta though. Think I will save myself for Sundance.

Will be in Montreal for this weekend! coming from cowtown Resident Shambhala goer..I understand about the "Experience" and not the line-up however...during my 6 day stay would it really be worth it?

Please enlighten? Lawrence is good, never heard ATB didnt like their top 40 stuff much, dj dan is pretty bangin...so who are the others? hmm...coulda gone for some Nuclear Ramjet or Preach really!

Flyer? Price?

from a previous experience at radar, i would tell you its worthed. if BeB can at least accomplish what RayJunior did, it will be incredible. Any event thrown by RayJunior over there was a moment to remember forever.

As for as the line up goes... its not the greatest... although i love Christopher Lawrence and it should be something... but i think it worthed for the experience... i mean... how often do you get to party on top of a mountain in a multi level military bunker?

No Sundance at Beach Club this year.......they took way too much of a hit last summer.
