+1 on getting old

Before:
I use to go out clubbing every weekend, get wasted and spend the next two days recovering. Weekday parties only means I'll need an afternoon drink to fight the hangover. Dropping $100+ drinking bills everytime. Standing all night amongst the drunken crowd never bothered me. Probably because I was wasted.

After:
Only party for names I look forward to seeing. Weekday parties are few and far in between. I no longer stay the whole night either. Dinner parties at a restaurant or at home are fun. Going out with my girlfriend for fine dining every once in a while is exciting. My only free night without committments the next day is Saturday. I prefer staying home making music or playing games. It doesn't help that a lot of EDM is been very dull lately.

it's a thing called outgrowing the rave scene.... dw though, you'll still love trance but you won't know what's new and what's not

also btw you may want to develop some new friendship circles outside of the clubbing scene... otherwise those you know will just become distant and you'll be left pretty much alone and depressed.

(i'm serious)

how the hell is that being jaded?

Yeah I also fail to see how that's being jaded.

So true... and you don't have to force it, it all comes naturally.
