I found From Dusk Till Dawn to be all kinds of badass. The movie was just plain fun. Nothing to be taken seriously, I laughed at parts that werent funny, it has Salma Hayek, it has Tarantino duck taping his hand after a bullet pierces through it, and best of all, it has Harvey Keitel. Cant go wrong if you ask me.
Pulp Fiction is my favorite movie of all time. Agree or disagree, it still doesnt change the fact that I've watched the entire movie over 30 times and still love every second of it.
Saw The Departed not too long ago. Loved it. Its no Taxi Driver or Goodfellas, but its damn close.
i finished up Sophie's Choice tonight

that was a pretty fucked up choice
/o rite. i definitely recommend
it pwns

Last night I had a nightmare that I was in "Saw 17" and it was all live action... so I had to be chased around by crazies with hacksaws and machetes.
LOL that it was Saw "17" though, I always thought it was obnoxious that the movie had two sequels, and Ive never even seen it, but it made its way into my nightmare.

Lives of Others. Makes you appreciate Paul van Dyk more. =)

| Originally posted by aNYthing My "must see" recommendations: - "The Prestige" - awesome, reaaaaaly good movie... just don't treat it like "OMG, that's impossible". Go along with the story and you'll find it excellent. Kinda like "The sixth sense" in terms of twists and turns. - "The Departed" + "Internal Affairs" (original version). See Internal Affairs first, then "The Departed" for added pleasure. If you don't like watching spoiled movies or watching 2x, see "The Departed" then. I'd add "300" but I haven't seen it yet. anyway. recommend/bash away. |
I recommend The Proposition. It's a new western style film with an excellent script, great acting & a bit of blood'n'guts. A Totally underated film.
I did enjoy the Prestige so +1 to that one too.
Best movie ever:
Vertigo

+ Cool Hand Luke
I need help. I cant decide which movie to watch today.
Shooter(with that mark wahlberg guy) or sunshine(with that 28 days later guy)
Both seem to get above average ratings.. bot not really "OMG NEED TO WATCH THIS ASAP" kind of movie.
Man Bites Dog is a must see :]
