not really, i think it's pretty much true. women are the ones rushing to the plastic surgeon the minute they see a wrinkle. men (by society's standards) seem to get sexier as they get older and it's the opposite for women. although i tend to disagree...men don't get sexier as they get older lol

Well I'm talking about old people's emotional health here, as it was my understanding that's what Mr. JBJ was talking about. And in that case, his statement was completely stupid and untrue.

"Men just seem to gradually slide into decay and weakness." There are so many factors that contribute to how a person ages, and how they feel during that time...that statement is just retarded, lol.

Of course there are exceptions.

I wonder whether there have been any actual psychological studies done on the differences between how men and women feel about their own aging, so that we can deal in something other than anecdotal experience and calling things "retarded lol."

I'm sure there's been quite a few done. They don't write gerontology books based on anecdotal evidence alone.

The future of gaming and computing in general should be attributed to this wonderful invention. I foresee a world with electronic catheters to give you a shock every time something happens in your computing environment that is undesired such as a death or a compiler error. This will heighten the senses and make lazy coders/gamers pay more attention.

to be honest though, i don't think men are too far behind women in not wanting to age. A LOT of men are getting botox these days and lypo...they are just as concerned about it as women are. having a mid life crisis and buying a red sports car when they're in their 50's...same shit really.

Yeah exactly. Plus these days, all that superficial shit is becoming more and more acceptable (for lack of better articulation)...it's hard to say that the reasons people do it are because they can't cope with aging. Maybe it's just because people can't think for themselves and they do whatever t.v. and magazines tell them. They could still be perfectly happy and probably never think any deeper on the matter.

It was a female, and it was hard as hell. Why? I'll tell you why...

Because her genitals were practically unrecognizable.

I seriously could barely tell what I was looking at. I knew what I was supposed to be looking for, but everything was so mangled and out of place that I couldn't tell what was what. No joke.

Ladies, take advantage of all the time you have with your youthful vaginas while you can...cause the future is NOT pretty.

jesus fucking christ. >_<

I think the lesson here is just to make sure your vagina gets lots of exercise.
