screw doing early games for the east. the east do even earlier games on us (ie 7pm there, 4pm here) to appease eastern fans, why should we be doing games at 5 here? even 6 is a bit dicey for some to get out of work, get home, change, and get back to the game. it's also a tad annoying all these sports sharing arenas, granted space and money, but it fouls up scheduling and can foul up games (ie game 3, where the puck was so bouncey all game).

Looks like all of canada except B.C will be seeing the wings and the flames , while the rest of us will be piut to sleep by the nucks and Dallas . I'm stuck watching the wings on my 19 inch monitor from the c.b.c website

if you had satellite, you could watch regional cbc and get the game. get with the 2000s angelo. s'ok, bc knows calgary's going to win.

canucks gotta keep it simple tonight like they are playing a road game but it will be hard with the home crowd. plus they gotta be aware of the 5 first minutes of the first period cause dallas will try to set the tempo! go nucks go.

yeah, i hate it when u see in the papers canucks sayin 'we want to win it for the home crowd'. they always lose those. plus, last time we were up 3-1, we blew it. they tried to be too fancy, lost game 5, and then the other team came out hungry in game 6 and then it was all over.

difference this time, we don't have broken arms cloutier in net.

i really didnt like how there were not goals whatsoever the whole game. i mean yeah its great for the final result but that kinda makes the game boring

it just seem like the canucks are just waiting in OT for dallas to tired out or something and didnt have that killer instinct to finish them off.

If they don't win in DAL call it a series for dallas. They tried to score off the bat, both teams had chances, but where the hell are the bodies in front of turco. He's a HOTHEAD. GET IN THERE. Get him off his game. He's not going to let too many easy ones in this time around, so 50000 shots aren't going to work and seriously fancy crap isn't going to work on their D. You think Dallas is hard? If Vancouver wins and Detroit wins, we play Anaheim next. If Calgary wins, we play them next. Either way, you won't win either of those by letting their goalies see everything. I can understand not playing overly physical with Dallas, but seriously, bash them good and make them pay to get you out of Turco's face and go for garbage goals.

^also, where is our power play? i don't think they even practise it or heard of it

When was the last time the Canucks won or even played a playoff series in less than 7 games? Do we have to go back to 93/94 or something to figure that one out?!?!

some offensive pressure. just not getting the quality chances dallas are getting.
