I had a great time as always.
Love that I can go there and listen to good music in a nice relaxing environment. Although it isnt relaxing anymore when TAs hit the floor. Its party time!

Harcourt was entertaining as hell.
That's the last time I blaze b4 going to any club. I get uber paranoid about everything, say the wrong things or in my own little world. Yeah it was 420, so I had to, but I should have stuck with beer. Had a good time for the hour or so I was there. Sorry if I missed saying goodbye to some of you!

ugh...way too much to drink. i thought having only $20 in my pocket for last would've been a good thing, but i still ended up on a helicopter ride back home.

I was shitfaced before I even got there. I don't really even recall walking out, and it was only about 11:15. Then London, then Film...messy, messy night.
Wow! What else can I say? Nice dancing with everyone. It had been so long since it was last "done up, the right way!". Til next time. Party hard!

P.S. No more drinking for me... At least not for a little while. Ouch, my head hurt this morning. Not like I drank much, only about 4 beer. Damn 420... Despite the headache, the night was a success!

Randomly ended up at this jam on friday night for a bit, and had a great time...no cover, cheap drinks and solid tunes. And to top that, some cool peeps as well.
Good tunes by Jeff, didn't hear much else as I had to jet shortly after he finished.

I arrived around...wait, was it 8 or 9....good start.
I arrived and the place was empty. As usual it seems like I arrive at an empty GVB, go to the bathroom and have to fight through the crowd on the way back into the room. I'll never understand this but I'm sure as hell not complaining.
The booth being moved off to the side and set up a little kiddie-corner opened up a suprising amount of space on the floor (which was new apparently)and didn't block the visuals.
Now usually I look forward to these sessions for several reasons, one of them - for no obsessive deviant sexual desire - is the porn on screen behind the boys while they work. That shit is just funny to have on. Button, I was blown away by the visuals you brought in and didn't miss the softcore at all. I will say thanks to Jeff Miller for a brief flick over to Showcase later in the night...it is sort of a tradition at GVB, but the animations and that worked really well and even synched up in places, without any manipulation.
The weather was beautiful and we can finally appreciate the full glory hat is the patio.
Without going off on a rant (gasp!) about the tunes, let me summarize by saying the whole night was predictably mind-blowing. We had a great line-up and the vibe in the room was just electric. Sprits were up, drinks were flowing at an alarming rate and there was this strange odour in the air....happy 4:20 all!
Reviewing the pictures and video on my camera (pics to follow), it's clear to see just how far this night spiralled into madness.
Another brilliant performance by our local boys, another fantastic TOTA turnout and another couple of weeks 'till the next one. That last part sucks.
I've said it so many times I should be on the payroll but I challenge everyone to name another place in TO that you can go on a Friday night, listen to really great live house, no cover, $2.50 drink specials, located so centrally with such a great crowd.
Considering how s*itfaced everyone gets, I have never seen a fight or watched someone get the boot.
Thanks to everone who came out to support, and thanks to everyone who has ever been there for helping to make the environment what it is. I love this place.
Fucking wicked!!!!!! I love that place. Since all of my reviews are the same for this place...I will show it in pics instead...Rich is the big winner with the ensemble....laughed my damn ass off every time I looked at him
