that track is amazing... the best remix hands down

there is also an innocent sorcerers remix and a marcus enochson remix which are both decent.

recently released was the beanfield instrumental remix which is simply beautiful, but like you said the vocals are incredible and unlike anything you hear in dance music after the 30s

also a great compost koop track is Koop - Drum Rhythm A (Drumlesson Mix A)

Your becoming one of my favorite djs at this rate to be honnest.

I love the track choice you have. Each set it's improving. You try to pick the funky beats but it has the dreamy/lush vibe in it with this one catchy simple melody. Thats the style i really love at the moment.

It's to bad that after the Moby track you throw in 3 weird tracks. Weird as in they have no purpose beeing in this set. They are different, simple and just a try to be weird/original?

But the last 2 tracks you throw on this set bring back the vibe you build in the start.

That was my only complaint. Ace set and the first and last 2 tracks are awesome! very awesome.

This is my favorite mix of the year so far.

I can;t get enough of the last track and the feeling of the set as a whole. I'd love to hear this kind of music for 4+ hours at a club, and even more so at a pool party in the afternoon with a couple blunts and some vodka.

So I was curious to listen this one, and I'm glad I took the time...

Definitely one of the most driving promos I've heard in the past few months. I agree, the whole pace changed after Go, but I liked it... as if you were letting us know that you were there, it was a nice touch imo.

I definitely enjoyed the first part the most, better tracks in my opinion with the exception of Go of course.

Very solid tracklisting in the end and flawless mixing, no doubt about that. Looking forward to the next promo.

Cheers

Usually don't venture into this area of TA but Clovis played this for as at an afterparty a couple weeks ago and I had to come find it. Listened to it several times now and it just gets better and better.

haha, i just heard the Forteba track the other day and liked it. so when i saw you used it, i had to d/l. listening now - and a great opening

So smooth. Gave this a listen today and really enjoyed it, perfect summer mix. The only thing is with the moby track, I never feel it fits well in any of the mixes I hear. I just heard Holden use it in a recent mix, and while I think you placed it much better than he did, its just such a spiritual track that everything that surrounds it pales in comparison (could just be how I feel about that track though). Also, I wasn't nearly as enthusiastic about the last 20 minutes as I was the first hour, but either way still a great mix.

Myra > Rob

Suck it Rob

edit: non drunken review when I sober up

Good set.

Track selection is good, but programming is a bit iffy. Like some of others have said, Go doesn't quite fit in with the flow of the tracks and you lose a bit of the energy you've built up to that after Go also.

I guess it'd work if your set was designed as more of a closer set.

Overall still enjoyed it as a bit of chill out while sobering up sort of set.
