The kid brought in on himself by bluffing with a true firearm. I say, if your man enough to point the weapon, you'd better be man enough to take the consequences of your victims weapon.

Yes, a death was involved; But its about time somebody stood up for his rights.

The kid was starting young. One less crook on America's streets I like to think.

i havent read the whole thread thru cus there are way too many idiotic posts, so don't flame if it has been said before, but;

If a group of people, one at least carrying a weapon (you cant fucking hide a bat that easily) was approaching me, i would already be at alert and have my hand on my gun.

Plus, the article does not state anywhere that they were threatening with the gun to his head. Stop making assumptions, you dumbasses.

depends. if the guy was shouting that he was going to kill him, or shoot him, etc. then it may not be excessive under the law
