It looks like some where in russia, some where near china
the two gals have chinese like features (most russians have mongolian features)
the number plate on the car has weird russian characters
why near china, cause the crowd doesn't look fat

Well, there's a tacky Japanese TV programme I like called Ainori, and they visited Gdánsk once. I remember some guy confessed his feelings to the girl he liked in front of a church that looks a lot like that one 
I could be wrong, though.
