13 runs in the 3 game series? yes i think so. it's a lot better than the previous few games.

you can go back to your bar exam now.

game 3 dude. beautiful offensive numbers from everyone. although i won't disagree that it's not better.

i will go back to bar review, but after i get this coffee for the lawyer leading the case.

I think Mets fans should stop celebrating their win against the Yankees and concentrate on their piss poor stats over the last couple of weeks...Two wins in the last thirteen games should give you cause for concern..

Whenever any team beats the Yankees it's like they won the lottery..When the Yankees beat another team it's like just another day in the office...

we're not celebrating.

i do think however that it's worth celebrating the fact that the braves and phillies should both be in first place during the mets' swoon but are not. and if the mets can limp through the week facing minnesota and oakland while holding onto the lead, then i think the mets should have an easier time the rest of the way. i think everyone saw this part of the schedule and said, june is gonna be the month where they either survive or just blow it all. they're kinda halfway between those points.

so yeah, first place.

looks like i was wrong about the mets. The bats lit up today. Good thing it happened today and not yesterday. Good for you guys. There's nothing i would like to see more than an october subway series. Double the chance to get series tickets.

perhaps, he's solid so far this year, just not dominant like last year. Although his last two starts were very good. He usually turns it on in the second half, so lucky for the mets they don't have to face him then.

It's crazy when you're such a great pitcher that 77 hits and 105 strike outs in 93 innings is just "solid" and not "dominant."

that was poor wording on my part. I meant he hasn't been performing like last year. He's the best pitcher in baseball, he just hasn't been on point like he has in past years. But he will in the second half. he's definitely more solid in the 2nd half.
