What a great weekend! We had such a blast Got to hang out with buds we haven't seen in forever and met some new TAs who are super chill Great tunes!! Wish I was around to hear more sets, we had to call it a night when lee got sick Even though the set up on the dock wasn't complete, I thought it looked pretty cool.
Big thank you to Steven and Sheila for having us. Thank you both for being wonderful hosts. Props to the sunnyside up crew for setting this up, you guys are awesome!! Plus thank you to all the DJs and TAs that were there, you guys definitely made it a memorable weekend!! Love you guys!! Can't wait til' the next party

Look man, it was just one of those nights when the alcohol just wasnt flowing. If I were to force myself to drink, it would have been Crobar on K all over again.

Of course it's okay to have a different musical opinion and you're totally free to not like what I'm playing but it's downright rude and uncalled for to be complete assholes to my friends because they like something different than you do. It wasn't just me who picked up on this...Other than that most of the people I met were really cool

I'm sure no one meant to be disrespectful...most TA's I know are pretty open-minded musically. I'm sure they were just busting balls.

Ill be the first to say, as open-minded as I am, 3 1/2 hrs. of minimal electro is excessive. It wasnt hard to see me totally digging it for alittle while at the beginning, I went to go watch the Borat movie to chill and booze up, came back, and the music was still the same. I tried to get into it, but at that point I couldnt for the life of me.

On the flipside, all the downtempo groovy saxaphone shit played during the day while I was on the grill - I was totally feelin that.

This is what I played down by the river.....

Guy Gerber - Belly Dancing
Style Of Eye - Rockett
Mighty Dub Catz - Magic Carpet Ride 07 (Claude VonStroke Remix)
Phatjak - So High (James Harcourt Remix)
Zoo Brazil - Face
Jon Silva - The Love In Me

ya...I was really playing minimal electro (Sarcasm)
