Very lush progressive track for me.

I totally agree,

for me its a pity that i heard this track the first time in the GDJB of 16th of august 2007 in stead of on isos...

I think that is a GREAT idea. I'd really like to get my hands on some of these songs. I'm sure he won't release the Imogen & Heap remix though, since he said it was going to be exclusive only to the ISOS release.

Another track that stands out for me now (that actually I didn't like to begin with) is Allure ft. Julie Thompson - Somewhere Inside Of Me... totally grew on me fast, very gorgeous vocal track.

After several listens CD 1 is majorly better than CD 2. I don't think I'll have any reason to ever play CD 2... CD 1 is where the heart of this release is at. The mixing is ok, it's really not bad. I played CD 1 two times today while working on homework and yeah the transitions were eh but if you weren't really listening for them they were actually not really that noticeable since the track selection is so ace.

correct. that track will never be released, just like Jose Gonzalez - Crosses (Tiesto Mix). Tijs made this I&H remix esp. for ISOS 6, and will never release the remix itself. 2 bad ...

I fully agree with this, i heard this track @juni 16 in Dublin, Julie Thompson was singing it live!! It's a great track!!!

Cd1 is pretty nice, but all those vocals are really destroying the atmosphere on this cd.

The imogenheap rmx is excellent btw.

Track on cd 1 at 39 is mint too, old skool Tiesto sound.

CD1 is totally awesome. Every single track rocks, so it's hard to give a comment on every one. As for the the mixing.. I think it's pretty decent as well.
CD2 is another story... it has good tunes as well. But the mixing is crappy... and I don't feel the disc very well.
He might as well have released a single CD here as mentioned already. I really don't understand Tisto here... why bother to release such a disc. Seems like he was bored after CD1 so CD2 he just threw together and didn't even bother listening to it before it was pressed. Ah well.

As for Imogen Heap, what a solid remix! I've only heard it live once (December 2006), however I was slightly drunk + I only heard some crappy live recordings / videos from youtube.
Very good produced. So precise. The vocals fit great.
For anyone who's heard the EnMass remix (among others) you can really hear the difference. That remix sucks compared.

A tune worth mentioning on CD2, Tisto's production Jedidja - Dancing Water (out on Beatport couple of days ago).
What a tune this is. First it has the techy Die Another Day part which is full of energy, then there's a break and you're introduced to a totally different tune. This whole track is so full of all the Tisto sounds you can imagine, wonderful

Speaking of Tisto tunes, new Allure, Clear View and Taxigirl are some wonderful ones as well. Didn't really see that many new tunes from him coming, but good job

CD1 - 9/10
CD2 - 5/10

CD1 made my month, thanks Tijs

So Tiesto is involved with producing Clear View and Taxigirl? I coulda guessed Taxigirl because it sounds very Allure-ish.

Posted by KrissO on Aug-27-2007 22:14:

Jepp. Clear View one is with Max Graham.
Solid production, not surprised Max is involved =)

Clear View is one of his oldest guises and was featured on Magik 1 already, apparently Max Graham has filled Greg Storm's place now to revive the alias

carify

i had nothing to do with this production... jessica jacobs and i wrote the song... ages ago... but as for clear view i have nothing to do with it.

hmmmm thanx for the info Max. Anyone have any idea who Clear View is now? Tiesto and...?

Posted by max graham on Aug-29-2007 01:07:

hm

no not sure, i would assume, unless there's reason to think otherwise, that its whoever its always been...

Posted by Oldman1313 on Aug-29-2007 21:48:

As far as blackhole goes:

IMO Mr. Sam - Opus > Tiesto - ISOS 6

Wow, how big is that rock you've been hiding under.

Magik 1 + 2 for the win!

Probably as with Allure, the alias is revived, but with just Tiesto behind the wheel.

Thumbs up

Isos 6 is ammazing

Posted by max graham on Sep-01-2007 02:54:

haha

why would anyone sense animosity?... just clarifying the production work, i can take no credit for it, what i wrote was on paper so to speak... clear view gets 100% credit for the production.

Posted by Hrvoje on Sep-01-2007 05:53:

Listeting cd 1 right now Wott

Posted by dartrance on Sep-03-2007 22:25:

Wow. Cd1 is by far the best trance cd i have heard in a long time.

Posted by rogue on Sep-07-2007 19:12:

Wheres the melody from dancing water from?

Posted by G-Con on Sep-08-2007 12:08:

yeah, just got to agree with everyone else, fantastic cd. Cd1 is brilliant, best comp cd I've heard for a long time. Cd2 is okay but nothing great. But Cd1 hasn't got a bad tune, really surprised how good it is.

Posted by wildstar75 on Sep-08-2007 15:13:

CD1 is definitely top notch!
