Real to take the champions and la liga while ronaldinho moves to chelsea. oi.

Madrid played like shit for the last 20 min. Unfortunantly, that's the only football I was able to watch today. Oh well, there's more tomorrow.

Rangers-Lyon match to be an exiting one.

I think rangers parking a bus in front of the lyon changing room so they can't get out is a more likely outcome to this match.

I really hope rangers lose, it should shut their fans up about our away form.

lethal right foot and a non-existant left.

defenders will learn to push him to one side and he'll be another highly touted and shopped around goat like anelka.

Anelka's attitude is what brought him down. From the interviews I've read, Benzema is much more down-to-earth. And it's not like he doesn't have time to improve his game either. Look at how Henry developed from a winger into an out-and-out striker. Positioning is one thing, but Henry's game vastly improved over that time as well due to the nurturing Wenger and the Arsenal staff provided for him. I like Lyon, but sadly, I doubt he'll be there much longer. Ben Arfa is another one to watch.

Watch those two and Nasri from Marseille.

LIVERPOOL VS. INTERNAZIONALE: My my my what two games we have here I really hope liverpool knock out Inter they are so cocky these days with their fancy players and argentinian squad. With Inter in 6th gear flying in the Serie A their experience in the Champions League is not enough to put Liverpool down. Liverpool advance.

ARSENAL VS. AC MILAN: Its the young rebels vs the old guard, its going to be tough for milan this time around. The quick pace of Arsenal is dangerous and the old milan is getting slower although much wiser. These games will rely on the experience of Milan's players. Milan advance.

AS ROMA VS. REAL MADRID: With Roma having improved over the past year learning from that 7-1 thrashing they have come in this seasons champions league more prepared and equipped so Real might have a tough time at the Olimipco if they struggled to a terrible Lazio; 2-2 draw. This one is going to be close with Real Madrid advancing.

If Milan can slow down Arsenal like how Tottenham did in their derby against Arsenal, Milan shouldn't have a problem advancing.

Pretty much comes down to tactics

I love champions league weeks.

I reckon celtic may be able to sneak a win against barcelona although i'm not over confident about it.

celtic's home record would say otherwise.

Barcelona are hardly setting the world alight with the free flowing football we're used to seeing from them so I think we have as good a chance as last time we played them in a knock out european competition, the one where we knocked them out.

To quote my friend who is a big Celtic fan: "I fear no one in Celtic Park". Beating a dangerous cup team like Milan at home is no small feat. It would surprise me if Barca won this upcoming match easily

Yes he is.

Messi needs to get back on form quickly. He may still be recovering from injury, but Barca will need him back to the way he was in order to have a chance in the later stages of the Champions League and stay on par with Real in the final matchdays of this season's La Liga.

Ladies and gentlemen welcome to Champions League week

Chesco hold that thought

I too wouldn't be suprised if Barca struggle at Celtic Park, definately an intimidating stadium with great fans and atmosphere. Beating Milan at home is definatley a huge boost to Celtic, I agree with the others that Celtic have a decent chance to knock Barca out.

And yes I stand by Liverpool beating Inter Merda
