Yes someone can be 25lbs overweight and still be healthy, have you forgotten muscles weights more than fat? Also what is the "standard" weight we all have different body sizes so to say "you are this tall so you should be x weight" doesn't seem right. I know I'm heavier than I look and I know it isn't from being a fat ass.

If you say someone is 25lbs overweight you need a threshold to measure the overage? What I meant is that there is no uniform threshold so how can you say someone is x lbs overweight. Basically what I meant is that height to weight ratio is crap.
yeah, the height to weight ratio is crap. but the 25lbs mark was posted by someone referring to themselves, not suggested by anyone else.
^^^well then I wasn't paying attention...25lbs of extra fat isn't healthy.

On good days I can eat both portions and having a cup of icecream minutes later. I don't gain any weight...not even when working out.
