Now they end up supporting people like Ron Paul and everything turns into a Big Brother conspiracy.

Fuck that. Whatever happened to good ole' fashioned streaking?

did you not read?? I stated that it could of ended better, the issue I had with your statement is your comparison of the beating of rodney king. I remember that ruthless beat down. I remember the riots due to the verdict. Comparing this punk getting taken down to that is ignorant.

And again I will state this particular event could of been handled better by the cops and I believe the cop that did this has been put on suspension. But taking up for this particular "martyr" as some of you people are trying to do is asinine.

I am sure if this was anyone else, say a GOP speaker, then this would of not been a big deal.

Ah, irony, thy name is Colbert.

pure ignorance...... again i tell you like many others before you, it could've been handled less violently and instead the cops chose to make a huge ordeal out of it, wat a police state this is...

Trancer, some people like to disregard logic and just label people as conspiracy theorists when they oppose or disagree with anything related to the government and its institutions. I disagree with the way police have handled this situation ... and yes, up until the guy started "resisting" THERE WAS NO REASON for police to put their hands on him. Where's the conspiracy theory in this?

repeating fallacies does not make them any less false

i want you to justify this statement. why on earth do you think it was because of the question? there isnt a shred of evidence to support this. you're just trying to fit things into your readily-available paranoia.

watch this video, the same footage but from a different angle.look at the police in the background and you ll notice that as soon the guys starts asking more questions the men wearing suits tell the cops to stop him.

so, are you REALLY going to argue that he was removed because he referenced the secret society? do you really think anybody cares about that shit?

that video shows plain as day the kid's refusal to respect the nature of the forum he was in (it was for asking questions, not for grandstanding) and how many fucking questions did he want to ask whilst talking over the senator and preventing any chance of an answer from him?

i want you to provide a plausible analysis of exactly how those cops knew to protect the sacred name of the secret society. are you really THAT paranoid?

Posted by MisterOpus1 on Sep-21-2007 15:13:

I'm conflicted between putting my hand on my face while shaking my head in frustration with running to my window, shutting my blinds, grab my baseball bat and pray the men in black won't suspect me blowing up their conspiracy.

I think I'll do both. Although I might be a little hard to shut the blinds and grab my bat with my hand over my face and shaking my head, but I'll manage somehow........

it was a Q&A, wasn't that the purpose of this forum?? therefore he had a right as a citizen to ask questions(whether wat he did was right or wrong) don't gimme that bullshyt about him following the rules and not being able to comply because he intruded the whole event. Not only is he probably paying excesive amounts of money to go to this college in the first place(since colleges in the US arn't free to begin with) but this in itself entitles him the right for questions as a student...

oh, my mistake then. though one wonders what exactly your point of contention is then?

Posted by hardcore trancer on Sep-22-2007 02:51:

This is something that we'll never agree upon,Iam simply questioning why did he have to get stopped from asking a few questions.I always thought asking questions from a politician was a normal thing but I guess thats not the case this day and age.

Above video: ROFL!

What I found amusing, was that Kerry appeared to be happy to answer the questions. The kid had 3 questions(I think that's what he said), he asked all three questions. In short, he was done speaking and was awaiting a response.

Then the gestap.. sorry, police came and 'broke it up' :|

rodney king was on drugs while driving. however he was beat when there was no reason to beat him besides to vent frustration because he struggled to resist arrest even after being tasered.

this guy was just asking questions in an impolite matter
