The media player is winamp modern plus this skin. Make sure when applying the skin, you turn on alphablending (Preferences > modern skins > alpha blending tab > check "Enable desktop alpha blending (when requested by skin)". If you have a white/light background, you wont be able to see the white version, so use the dark one.
other parts of the screenshot:
Litestep - Replacement for windows explorer.exe shell. (I don't recommend you use this unless you know what you're doing.)
Rocketdock - The dock at the bottom of the screen.
Rainmeter - The little clock on the bottom right.
