Show was good.. caught part of Blake's set and it was good. Armin was great... A LOT of female vocal trance. He's started (?) to adopt the Jesus pose. I think Oakey will be mad. Some of the songs I recall were:
- Big Sky
- First State - Falling
- Some Deadmau5 track
- Some remix of Delirium's "Innocente"... it was a nice hard track
- Rush Hour
- Sound Of Goodbye (some hard remix.. Nic Chagal remix maybe?)
- Ronski Speed - The Space We Are (not sure which remix.. Carl Cox played the same mix last week)
- Shivers... meh
- Enore = Vincent De Moor - Fly Away (Cosmic Gate Remix)... FTW!
Shapes by Maor Levi as well. It was a good show. I was all crunked out, center stage most of the time. But overall, it was good. It defintly came no where near last summers mega blow out at then Eleven50.
I'd say best trance show still of 07 is PVD at the Tabernacle. That was just on another level. Big upz to Armin though.

from what it looks like it was 3/4 vocal tracks. Glad I didn't have the money to go to this one.
yeah it was highly skewed towards vocal trance. something all the 16 year old girls i'm sure enjoyed. at 26 i definitely felt old last night...
I still love vocal trance... =(
I remember at one point, I accidently got pushed off the stage and I fell on top of this 5'0... 100lb girl. I'm glad she was not injured.
Oh man, hate to say it...
This show was sub-par to, maybe, par. I'm 26 and I've seen him, I'd guess 5 times at least. This show wasn't nearly as good as last year's. Of course it sucks that we were packed like sardines in tin cans and so couldn't really dance, but that's not what I'm talking about. The music was anti-climatic, I was really waiting for some awesomeness at the end. There wasn't. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't bad... it was just average. But "Average" + "No Dancing" = not great night.
Last time I saw someone at Opera it was Ferry Corsten (and I don't know where he ranks on the DJ poll
), and he had a pretty badass ending.

I liked his opener. It was pretty emotional. That was my 4th time to see Armin. First two times I saw him, he was lights out. 3rd time in Miami, it sucked I thought. This was good, but not great by no means. These are all valid points though by everyone.
How about Opera has the most disorganized staff ever. What are the requirements to get a job there...... a pulse?
All time best Armin night was June 2006... He fucking tore that shit up and all those songs he played by sander van doorn... Direct Dizko and Control Freak and oh yea... So Serene ... that year had so many great tracks and he played every one in succession it was by far the best Armin show ever.

??????
Yeah, basically none of us remember the show as much as we remember having to try and find Underage Girl. No more babysitting.
... and I partially blame the staff, cause if one of the bouncers had realized what was going on and dragged her ass down, we could have avoided this whole ordeal and wouldn't have ruined the night for so many of us.
and none of you have heard from her? When you say underage do you mean under 21 or under 18? What did she look like?

18 year old Auburn girl that somehow ended up near Perimeter, and after nobody would tell us exactly where for an hour or two, her friends left for Alabama without her. And the rest of us went to sleep.
All is well, apparently she took a cab from Atlanta to Auburn.
I think you might know who I'm talking about.

The kids she rode down with did for a while. I drove a separate car for a reason, MY best friend had work today. I had it planned that way cause this is the same chick who OD'ed at Tiesto, so I made a point to plan Drama Prevention. =P

I OD'd at PVD in May......... on high fives.
