I was still able to delete in the Montreal forum some time ago, unless it's changed too.

That option was removed when someone went and deleted a very popular thread way back out of spite and I had to go retrieve it from backup... Also, TOTA is more prone to 'fly-by-night' promo efforts where they spam their shit (or cause shit) and like to delete the evidence before someone picks up on their game.
