i made an omelet for myself a couple of days ago. Had tomatoes, green peppers, chopped onions, and mushrooms with a dash of seasoning. very good.

i also like the spinach omelet at IHOP. that is very good.

steamed yellow squash
steamed zucchini
3-4 eggwhites
coupla sprinkles of parmesan

yums <3 i eat this thing like 2-3x/week. it's teh awesome
