Finnegans has an open bar from 9-11, so I figure I get all of my drinking in then and my dancing in after. And by dancing, I mean shaking + drinking....

Yes I believe it's a health code violation to be naked in the club. Same as not wearing shoes... Maybe you can show up in some see-through clothes for the naked look.
