Ok so supposedly there was this temporary museum built at the pier a few years ago. Here is a few pictures for reference for length and width. Hopefully Made can set up something crazy there but looks like a dump to me lol.

Sure it's a dump lol, but that's not much different than most of the abandoned warehouses turned into clubs that most of us hit up haha . The space looks good and being by the water will at least be a decent change in scenery (a la Tobacco Warehouse). There's lots more space for the sound to escape though, so as long as it's tented it should be good. I should probably buy a ticket before they're $65 lol.

Zack, would the trance classics night at Love on 8/16 in your sig be reminiscent of last year's PVD afterparty?

yes ma'am. All the details coming this week.

I passed it the other day running, and cant figure out how they are going to make the width of the pier work... seems like it is too narrow to support the crowd that goes to PVD in Central Park... great view of Jersey though, and its on the water.

I may be down for this. I'll be in town Aug 15-18th. It faces NJ, so it is on the west side of Manhattan?

I passed by Pier 54 the other day and it looked pretty cool and in the open too. unless made will isolate it from west side highway cuz you can just chill from the side walk or the building next to that and enjoy it.

i heard his sets the last two years at central park were insane,

but yeah most tourists go to PACHA and Webster, currently the two largest clubs in NYC...not that Webster Hall's bad...the place has been getting most of the talent these days.

I would recommend Cielo if you are into house...that place is great overall, and somehow is less likely to be infiltrated by the pushy/cracked out/fistpumping ppl that frequent the larger venues.


At LOVE we are going to have trance producer M.I.K.E. aka PUSH and a whole lineup of great trance by our locals, great fun, unpretentious and ppl who are friends on and off the boards. A great place to bond, and to enjoy a great night of tunes. Strongly recommended. And LOVE possess a vibe and experience like no other once you step inside. Guaranteed the place will leave an impression also, its most likely where most of us will go after PVD

Honestly, I am SO excited for this night. (night/day)

Hopefully something fabulous and wonderful will be happening after Armin in July too... common.. make my summer!
