vamo a ver, argentina jugo sin sus estrellas...riquelme? messi? tevez? crespo? fue un puro relajo

i'm impressed with the way the US played but still, they weren't going against the fully stacked argentine squad

That's a good result for the USA. I can appreciate though where people are saying it was a shit game. Football is about not letting in goals as well as scoring them, I love the defensive aspect to the game more so than what I do the attacking side..

no vi el partido entero haha pero no importa. embataron, que disparatee

If you were rooting for the USA, it was an awesome game... It was the highest ever attendance for a US National soccer home game, broke the record, the crowd was loud, the chants were nonstop, and then.......

The rain.... changed it all! It was like out of a movie...

When I first came here I used to spend a great deal of time in Nevadas..Each week Tim Howards Mum used to be in there cheering on Tim..

Up until Man Utd got rid of him..

was at the game with vern and a whole bunch of others... both sides played pretty good football in the first half. great pace, good scoring chances for both. not sure about the cards being handed out left and right. ref should've tried to talk to both teams instead of being such a harsh disciplinarian. the rain was refreshing at the end of the match. i hate meadowlands parking.

i was in off-site parking two highway exits away. rode the yellow school bus back to e. rutherford and then had to walk another quarter-mile to the stadium. and i thought Shea's shuttle buses from the hall of science were a shit deal...

game was fun, though, and i even got to brush up on my spanish obscenities.

Game was very good. The US Men's National Team (USMNT) need to stop playing the longball crap and focus more on short passes to build up pressure.

Argentina didn't play up to their reputation. They got their shots, but they didn't really challenge Howard enough.

It was fun seeing that scouser Mascherano get sent off in person

Went down the shore before the game and when I was coming back on the turnpike around 6:15 I got a glimpse of the stadium and the shit was already packed off its ass. The game was total bull-shit have to admit the US was the better team knowing that Argentina is way superior than US so good for them. For Argentina I dont know what the hell was going on horrible play. In conclusion game was totally boring for both sides. The only best parts of the entire match was the kid that went into the field for half time and got tackled....the Yelloow banana balloon that someone threw 2nd half from the USA section and unbelieveable I dont know how scored into the USA goal and everyone screamed Goooooooooooooooooooooooooool !!! hahahah that was funny.
and third of course the RAIN THUNDER & LIGHTING got me soo pumped!

Hey what are you gonna do...78,000 people waiting for a Goal and some good soccer and we get this 0-0 bullshit. I basically paid 40$ to take a nice shower.
