these are the two versions remixed by oakie...

good luck in finding them hehehehe oh and the vinyl is from 1991 on charisma or there is also a copy of the raid mix on a 1990 vinyl from virgin hehehe...

i don't think that this track ever got a proper release, but there is a copy of it on a mix compilation by DJ Stigma - Tranceformer on the DJ Beats label...don't know for sure though. there is also that track that you mentioned...and both artists are on flammable records so i don't know...maybe...

i know who velvet girl is

i think you will find that the track is definitely 'velvet girl - velvet' (which does sound fairly similar to 'summertime', and i think was on the b-side of both additive and green martian releases)... i have it on additive records and i'll check for sure tomorrow wen i'm home, but the reason i bought the vinyl was because it had the track on this oakey emix!

it was wrongly listed originally if i recall correctly, and has since been established to be 'velvet' (original mix)

that would be great in theory, but there are two problems with that...

1: we're talking about sets from a couple of years ago so...

2: if you've ever tried to get the tracklist from the radio station that broadcasts it they are never even close to complete...trust me TA has WAAAAY better tracklists then probably any site out there...and if we don't have it, we get the set and can make it hehehe.

yea i usually check ta for tracklists, but i would figure that radio 1 would have the full tracklisting beacuse it came from them, but I dunno

Exactly which version of Vengaboys - Paradise does oakie play in the rojam set? I have two versions that both match up with the rojam version:

Vengaboys - Paradise
Vengaboys - Paradise (Andromeda Star Mix)

The only difference between the two is that the Andromeda Star Mix is about 7 minutes in length, compared to 3 minutes in the original. Can anyone clarify that this "adromeda star" version is accurately named, and not just an "extended mix" ?

thanks for your help, but as far as i know there's no tune by prism called topaz; as i said before the MWNM and Chicane tracks are probably wrong as well, cause they sound nothing like the original or any of the remixes...

#5 is a remix of Telescreen - "All Engines", but only PvD and Oakey seem to have this particular remix
