How much did you have to pay her for that one night then?

Wow I don't even like dogs, but that girl is cute!

Here's Misty, she acts like a little princess

Here's Topper, he plays fetch

Posted by The17sss on Aug-17-2008 06:14:

what kind of cat is Topper?

Posted by JustinMead on Aug-17-2008 06:25:

To be honest I am not sure, we adopted him from a shelter. Once the mom wakes up I can retrieve the info, and upload some more pictures

Posted by The17sss on Aug-17-2008 06:41:

i was thinking he might have a little bengal blood in him... he has those distinct 2 lines on the side of his face and the tiger stripes on the arms. I wonder if someone's bengal didn't get spayed and banged some random female. Or, I'm just way off. lol

Where from?

Those Bengals are fantastic. Great cats...even their attitude is great. Its a trip to see a house cat jump in the shower and not freak out over water. Ive only seen them a handful of times but their patterns are awesome. They are totally worth the money but I couldnt see paying that much when there are a ton of great cats that need homes. I adopt/rescue my pets.

Do you walk them on a leash?

I had a pixie bob once. The owner I bought her from told me she walked her cats on leashes all the time. I never tried it 'tho. That ****** was wild, and many nights I awoke it to staring at me in the face from atop the headboard, as if it was ready to pounce. I eventually started shutting it out of room at night.

She's Russian but from Tashkent, Uzbekistan... part of that Russian contingent that stuck around after the breakup of the USSR.

I hear you on the adoption thing... I feel kind of bad sometimes when I see them in the pet store hoping to be picked up by someone

Haha yeah I take the big one out on a leash all the time. He loves it and doesn't mind the leash at all. I'll just say "you want to go outside?" and he's start going nuts like dogs do when you tell them the same thing.

i didn't think anyone actually took their cats for walks until i met a lady that lives down the street from me who was coming out of her building with a cat on a leash. now i'm really tempted to get my cat a shoulder harness so we can go on adventures together.

Unless your cat is trained, don't expect to walk it like a dog. I tried walking my cat, he slipped out of the harness and ran into a drainage tunnel, where I had to wait for him to decide to come back out, which took 20 minutes. If your cat has never been walked, you can expect it to push, pull, and plop down whenever it wants. It simply won't just walk.

I wouldn't say I walk him... i just take him outside with that harness and leash and let him go wherever he wants. But he doesn't mind the leash at all. He welcomes it because he knows that's his only way of getting outside

Are we still talking about the girl? The yellow hair doesnt look good, IMO. I think it kind of makes her look like a hooker.

It's been a rough going for her hair color...lol. She has naturally super dark hair, almost black. Then it went strait from that to almost platinum blond, which damaged the shit out of her hair after having it like that for a year. So now she's going through stages gradually going from that to dirty blond. She hates the yellow look too. It def looks worse in the photos though. Those pics are from almost 6 months ago and it looks more normal now.
