holy shit!

this is retarded! me and my gf bough fucking plane tickets just to come down and see these guys! thanks a lot circus... i will never step foot in there and will do my best to make sure none of my friends ever do!

The booking was sorted out a while ago... but something out of our control happened at the last minute and the plane tickets were almost double the price

We decided to reshcedule Stoneface & terminal because it didnt make sense to bring them here for 2 days at that price

It's really sad that the dj themselves actually wrote that... big mistake by the manager to let that happen

MIKE is gonna be in town for the show and it's going to be a great night for sure

Je trouve �a extr�mement choquant ce qui se produit, � 48h de l'�v�nement. Je ne veux pas �tre rabat-joie les gars du Circus, mais le fait que le prix d'avion ait magiquement mont�, pour �tre franc c'est pas notre probl�me. Vous promotez un �v�nement avec Stoneface & Terminal, les gens paient pour venir les voir, et vous n'avez m�me pas la d�cence d'annoncer qu'ils ne viendront pas. N'eut �t� de leur site Myspace, personne ne l'aurait su avant la date fatidique. C'est un grand manque de respect envers vos clients (et j'en suis), en plus d'�tre � la limite de la fausse publicit�. Je suis tr�s d��u.

La grande majorit� des gens que je connais ont achet� leur billet en fonction du booking de Stoneface & Terminal, et c'est mauditement frustrant d'avoir pay� 20$ pour seulement 2h de MIKE. C'est sans parler de l'impression am�re que vous laisserez aux fans du Circus. �tant donn� que vous n'allez certainement pas rembourser les billets, et que j'suis pogn� avec le mien, je risque de me pointer la face dimanche par principe. Ceci dit, �a risque d'�tre la derni�re fois.

whenever something like this happens its always out of the promoters control
so the prices doubled.... instead of paying up the difference you dicided to anger the patrons? very nice!

now you say that its bad on S&T's part to post that on their myspace? well when was circus going to announce that they decided to save some money and not bring in their headliner? during the event... "due to unforseen circumstances"? at least they are honest which cannot be said for circus

It's not only the plane tickets that went wrong

I'm going to answer both Knight and Timmyboy, as im responsable for what happened


First, they announced it before we did... we were going to do it this morning and also write it on the night of on posters, that the date would be rescheduled

The part of them saying that we had attitude, is what i really dont understand. When we spoke, me and the agent, he didnt seem upset that it couldnt get sorted out and when we hung up the phone, we both agreed to actually reschedule the show and to bring them back either in december or january

If you want to get a refund for your tickets, we will honour it, why wouldnt we ?

MIKE willbe performing at 4 instead of 3, and will play between 2 and 3 hours

If he feels like going on for a longer set, he can do it



About the situation being bad on their part, well yes it makes us look bad for nothing. We worked really hard to sort out the problem and they know that

I booked Kyau & Albert for the first time in Montreal... and it was the same thing for S&T

Last time Kyau&Albert were here, it was a great show and we're trying real hard to push their labal and djs by having S&T and soon we were gonna bring Ronski Speed

But by writting that, and i ont know why they wrote that since i never even spoke to Stoneface personnaly, they kinda shot themselves in the foot and make us look like amateurs for no reasons

We're trying real hard to please everyone in the trance scene, doing the best booking possible and so far, except for that sitaution, our events have been top notch and i think you guys can agree

I'm really sorry for you timmyboy who actually booked flights just to see them, i will PM you about making your stay maybe a little more enjoyable if we can help and provide you also with free entrance for the night

Although I m not a big fan of circus, but this is the first time such a thing happens with them, they have booked in the past bigger names and it all went well.

I can't believe what I'm seeing.. the prices for plane tickets doubled ?? seriously, those were not booked already ?? lame planning guys !

I can't understand how a promoter can promote an event BEFORE having purshased the plane tickets ?? totally unprofessional.

i don't give a flying f*ck about M.I.K.E. Good thing for you a friend of mine already bought my ticket, I can't get a refund.. I don't even think I'll show up tomorrow night.

Lesson to learn: never buy you ticket in advance; you'll pay more but at least you'll be almost sure that the DJs didn't cancel.

LOL seriously, I imagine the faces of S&T when you said: sorry guys, you can't come over, plane tickets are too expensive.. WTF ?? just pay the f*cking price and learn from your mistakes.

no one called me for refunds and i sold tons of tickets, i advised everyone of the change except 2 persons which are probably sleeping... sold more tickets doing so

Well if I would go, I would go for M.I.K.E...this guys is a pioneer, great producer anf Dj...As for Stoneface and Terminal they are mostly know for their good productions ...Nick will play their tracks so nothing changed

For my first time at circus, I am impressed with the decoration. I passed the whole time right in front of MIKE for this entire set to realise the sound system sucks right there so I didn't enjoy mike as I should have.
