Grey goose sucks period. Vodka is my favorite drink on the rocks only or with tonic. I prefer belvedere or stoli.

lol. Cheers for the advice. I'm picking up a bottle of Belvedere tonight for a buddy's birthday party, but perhaps I'll look into these as well.

Also, this thread just reminded me of my early underage drinking days where we had huge parties and we'd find bottles of Popov in the freezer that people would store there... frozen solid.

The only thing I will concede on is the Belvedere thing, as you either like Belvedere or Goose, but rarely does anyone like both.

truth, I love when I see people dumping premium vodka into a glass of cranberry juice or some other mixer. If you are not drinking it straight you might as well use smirnoff or whatever else is cheap and has a high alcohol content.

It is a martini where you sub the gin for vodka. Otherwise the same.

Well to each their own, but I have tried to drink cheaper vodkas after drinking the better stuff and just can't. It makes me fucking gag. Once I was at a party and someone poured me a drink with some cheap ass vodka and I didn't know it. I took a sip and almost spit it out. I drank it but it was fucking hard as hell to get it down.
