2 things...I thought I read a post that the song was also featured on Paul Oakenfold GU New York?? If that is true then the song can be ID'ed because that was an offical release. I kinda feel like a fool here I just jumped in on this thread so no one knows anything about it, right?

Anyhow I have a weird Dj set I downloaded off Kazaa way back in the day and it's called Dj Taucher Battles Talla 2XLC. You know how people label things wrong just to get it downloaded but I think I heard that song on their as well..I haven't listened to this good ol' classic trance in a long time so forgive me.

Yea mate, we are talking about at least 4 or 5 different tracks in this thread.

Obviously the most important one being the Virus track!

Posted by ModernNosferatu on Dec-18-2008 05:44:

I didn't read everything...will do now !!!

FlyAway is credited in the essential millenium inlay to oakie and osbourne.

In 2005 slacker was selling God Damn Noize on mp3 via his website which now hes no longer doing, and I'm pretty sure that the version I bought sounds pretty much like the one oakie played live in sydney on the essential mix.

KT, any information on, or a possibility of a release for Virus - Hypnotise (Talisman and Hudson Remix)

I know it got tied up in legal stuff with the demise of Perfecto Fluoro but I think this has to be one of the best vocal tracks out there and I know a lot of people would love a full release.

Thanks for your hard work.

No worries, a mate and I are working on a full reconstruct, as in vocals and everything!

Just need to get it done sometimes!

From what I recall reading, it seems Oakenfold himself wasn't much help in tracking this one down.

that shits old, thats from like that original mix cd he made. right before transport or whatever. with the police dispatcher thing on the beginnning of the mix.

Yea the instrumental reconstruct should be pretty easy, but getting our vocalist to sound right could be hard... She is still young, but has a lot of talent, hopefuly it will work out.

If anyone wants to know where the sample from that China ID comes from it comes from "The Untapped Source Of Power That Lies Within" a Maharishi Mahesh Yogi talk.
