actually, most skills events are 18+ over, as will be etd.LOVE. They are very strict in checking ID's. The crowd is definitely not like TAO. I have actually been to the regency center a couple times when skills hosted Love last year and Carnival. There will be your fair share of people giving light shows and what not, but a very good amount of people will be just enjoying the music and dancing their hearts away. TAO was all ages...which is a totally different story.

Just goin off the reports/reviews/afterthoughts from those who attended last years event.

Im not bashin anyone or anything im just stating the simple fact that for those who are 21+ they have other options.

Posted by dorkiedanny on Jan-09-2009 21:00:

i totally agree that 21+ will have different opinions. I myself am in the Mid 20's. I really dont like seeing 14 year old cracked out kids. I was just trying to state that it's not going to be like TAO. TAO had a TONS of kids, but that's b/c they were allowed to go. At Love, which is a rave event, not a club event, people will be dressed up like at a rave but you wont see your nephew or niece there. But personally, if I really like the DJ's spinning, wherever the venue is, I will go and give my support and listen to some good tunes...

I hear you. I'm in my mid 20's also and have attended TAO and all the massives in So Cal for the past 5 years except for this past TAO. I know how the crowds at clubs and raves are way different but it's hard to turn away when the line up is that good.

I could be wrong but from what I heard about the last Regency Center Event with Gareth & Menno (Carnival I beleive it was called) they were pretty strict about people sitting on the floor(E puddles). I'm ok with people giving light shows and having a good time since I did the same thing when I was younger, but I just don't want to be surrounded by it.

I'm just trying to figure out how to plan my trip.

Well, do hope you guys decide to come check them out them out at 1015.

There's several things I'm working personally that will be revealed as we draw closer to the event, other sites I've posted and mentioned this on are equally just as excited...

One thing I'm working on right now is some T-Shirts. Did this last time with Thrillseekers and Rank1, Was a huge success both times and within minutes each and every Tshirt made was gone! What is cool is seeing people weeks and months after still wearing the shirts!

People who came out to the event will come back wearing the Shirt the next time the artist is back in town. If not at the club, another venue.

Those of you who want one, PM me details on sizes, etc. Ill provide you more details.

Aly & Fila the night before and Matt Darey the next day, this is shaping up to be one hell of a weekend.

so I know some days 1015 closes at 4am, but some times at 7am? Am I correct? Does anyone know the offical time 1015 closes on Feb.13th? It would be cool to hear Aly & Fila have a longer set, but to do that, that would mean the club either stays open longer or they start spinning earlier.

Club will stay open as long as you the people make it worth staying open. The more folks that stay let the more chance we will stay open late & Aly & Fila will play longer.

For ALL Zendada events, decor wise, we will have extra in store.

For Sat Feb 14th all depends on the owner.

woo this will be my 2nd time...like I said last time at Pacha@Sao Paulo it was just Fila, so looking forward to the tag-team.
Even if the other guy does nothing half the time, when you expect the duo, it just makes it that much more magical. My wife actually thought Fila played too soft in SP, that was a shocker to hear that - so the harder the better!

Posted by dj mccord on Jan-12-2009 23:22:

gonna bring a friend or 2 out for this one. It will be a good night!!!

Satan (eek!) Aly & Fila T-Shirts

Heres the Tshirts I'm thinking of for the night. I may also add the armada logo, and their offshore logo, one on each of the rings on each the sleeves.

I've already gotten several replies so I'm minimizing sizes for now.

(BLACK TSHIRTS ONLY)

There will be Tanks for Girls, (small, large)

Guys will get Tshirts, (small, large only)

Cost per shirt will be 10.00. What you are paying for is the creation of the shirt itself, and the logo printing.

I will not have extras! If you want one, definitely let me know, so I can get them done in advance.

I will only have these available for the next few weeks. Send me an email to [email protected] if you want one.

Sorry to be picky but do know how small/big the sizes run. Like, do the Large shirts actually run smaller than a usual large t-shirt, or does size Large mean like LARGE. I know I can fit in a size small Armani Exchange tiesto shirt.
