| Originally posted by alanzo I like the new design. Kinda retro. Changes from what I can see: No additional stereo outputs through USB ? The FX section has independent delay and reverb per patch (even in multi mode), along with multiple distortion/lo-fi algorithms, phaser, chorus/flanger, character control, ring modulator/shifter "25% more voices" -- a pretty small upgrade.. was expecting double |

I don't see it being much more expensive if at all.

Nice! I really like the new look! Just waiting for a price confirmation.
OS3 looks very good, but will it warrant the quite steep price.. Not sure at this point.
But I recon I will be ordering my polar as soon as the Norwegian currency redeems itself.
I have been looking at a mac pro recently too, so Ill have to decide what I want the most.
OMG!!
Awesome!
And just when I was afraid my Ti would go extinct... it's gonna get even better

Working fine now apart from a sync problem, but it's easily fixed. I had to try the installation a few times also.

- remove the TI from your computer and remove also any other cable going from the TI to the computer or vice versa and also take it off power
- next remove the TI OS installation from your computer with the help of the "control panel" of the Windows START menu
- restart the PC
- next install OS 3.0 on the PC and connect the TI back whenever the installer asks you to do so
Then also do this with the TI:
Please unplug your TI from the computer, unplug it from power and also take the power supply out of the power socket. Also remove any other cable going from/to the Virus TI.
Next plug back only the power supply into the TI and the power supply back into the power socket. Then reset the unit by holding down the ARP EDIT button for a few seconds while the unit is in standby mode. Whenever this is done and the TI has booted up correctly, connect it back to the computer and try it again.
