They do not bother with it for regular customers, but they will up it for people they see as a risk.

Alright, fuck it - nothing has been said for long enough, the issue has been danced around, and now it's time to just put it all out there.

Myra and I (for the one or two of you who haven't gathered it already) are no longer together, and frankly, there is really no reason for me to go out and see my best friend, and the girl I was engaged to, running off and being happy with the guy she gave up on me for. I already have to deal with constant internet updates on the new happy couple, why would I subject myself to any more when I'm clearly not over it all?
