You are so correct about this song. I have been listening to electronic music for about 20 years and I consider this my favorite song of all time. I like it from the breakdown on.

Actually Content is only ~ 8:50 in full. On BT's ESCM it has an excerpt of the symphonic version of Flaming June added in the end as a hidden track after a moment of silence which makes the "full track" to look like ~ 10:50.

my vote goes to Sasha's Xpander (11:29).
runner up for Bedrock's "For What You Dream Of (Full on Renaissance) though it fell short by a few seconds to 11 minutes. Gotta love those old skool progressive house anthems

do not have anything i like over 11 mins. that's the only one that came close, that i listen to every once in a while. most of my fav tracks are around 7-8 mins... short attention span i suppose.

Yes, can remember that one from going out, they played it all the way. But surprisingly to see the other track at the vinyl at the Youtube vid, didn't know that was long enough:

The 11-minute Club Mix is the vocal version while the Instrumental Club Mix is the one you have.
So yes, the instrumental version really is about 2:20 longer than the vocal version.
