Ian and I are trying to decide if we should just get a hotel in the States or if it'd be better to just come back to my place in Windsor. Obviously tunnel buses won't be running all night, and cabs across the border and then to my house would be pricey!

At any rate..."party hotel" isn't exactly at the top of the priority list for me. That shit is so high school, imo.

I'll do my partying at the festival/clubs. Hotel is for sleeping/recharging. And breakfast buffet, lol.

Did I mention how PWN the breakfast buffet was?? All you can eat for 20 bucks or so..maybe 30. And they have literally EVERY thing you can think of for breakfast. All kinds of cereal, custom omelet bar, fresh fruit, yogurt, croissants, muffins, danishes, fresh smoked salmon, bagels, bacon, sausages, potatoes, eggs, pancakes, etc. etc.

That sounds really good!! $20 for the entire weekend for buffet or $20/day to eat breakfast?? Isn't breakfast included with a night's stay?

Cheap, close to venue.... Holiday inn express ftw!!!

No, per day...not the entire weekend. I think it might be 30 though, not 20. Regardless, it's totally worth it.


I dunno about included breakfast. I'm sure that's just continental breakfast which is usually just coffee and croissants and shit. Which is lame.

So I went into one of the port-a-potties to do my thing, and the whole time I was in there I kept thinking "Man, this thing REALLY smells like SHIT. I know it's supposed to smell like shit, but this REALLY REALLY smells like some goddamn shit in here!"

So I wipe myself and turn around to throw the tp down the hole, and see a HUGE FUCKING PUDDLE OF LIQUID SHIT all over the back of the seat/wall/stall.

I don't know how I missed it on the way in, I was clearly fucking hammered...but when I came out there was like 4 dudes waiting to jump in there, but turned away in disgust once they saw the state of things on the inside.

I was just like "Wasn't me man, I took a shit up in my room!!" And pointed to the hotel, lol.
