I've used many Behringer products in my lifetime and I have one of their headphone amps (PowerPlay Pro XL) in my rack - excellent piece of gear.

Sorry didn't mean to come off as harsh at all, just never understood why people bashed their gear so much, i've never had a problem with any stuff i bought from them.
