Haha, my concentration is political development of post-conflict states (primarily in Africa)... I'm not looking to run for office. Besides, I don't think America's ready for another black President.

I've never tried to submit a paper for publication (I largely don't have the patience to see a journal-quality paper through... my interests shift too quickly). That said, I've tried to get a few op-eds published, but haven't had any success yet - with this whole economic meltdown going on, it doesn't seem like many papers are interested in development.
