my room mate was filming a movie there and they "lost" the location because of that

promoters - any updates?

When I was there my friends were being told they would be a capacity of 298 people. Most of the jail is off limits because there are no fire exits which may have been where the movie shoot was trying to use. It was actually only the bottom two levels the public would be allowed access to.

I did just send a text to my friends.

just came back from a visit. what an amazing space. gonna be a bit tight with 300 people i think but it's definitely worth it to come and check this place out.

Once the 300 don't try to be in the main level it should be ok. If you can have 100 split between the two rooms on the second level I think 200 on the first level and the wrap around balcony is pretty good.

oh both floors will be open? i wouldn't trust those stairs with lots of people.

The stairs aren't that bad there. The ones leading to the upper levels can get a bit unsafe.

I'm curious how this went around with the whole issue with the fire marshalls? I believe my roommate with the set of 80 people didn't get the location back for the movie
