I think that's just under $1000 with everything
fiddle with the days a bit

I'll try that site the next time, but I can't fiddle with dates because of work - and that's usually where the price jacks up a zillion dollars.

miami
takes about 3.5 to 4 hours to drive.
the flight to toronto is about the same

total bummer that prices are low the one year i decide not to fly anywhere (other than NY). i'd love to take advantage of some of the cheap fares over to Europe and just get away for a few days... but i shall be responsible and wait.
hopefully prices won't be too bad next year. at least if i go to Italy in January 2010 my entire vacation will be under $1000 including airfare, hotels, and meals.
