Right on. I'm spoiled.

Every time I tell someone I'm Peruvian, they tell me they will lick my balls if I make them a ceviche. Not in those exact words, but you get the gist.

Tapado reminds me of chupe de camarones. They both have milk so it gives it that nice color.

seriously... this thread made me so hungry for ceviche. it's been really warm the last few days and it's such a refreshing dish in the summertime.

Shrimp scampi FTW!! Red Lobster makes the best. My brother and I go there every time they have unlimited shrimp feast and that is all we get. Our record is 19 refills each. The first 2 plates are large with like 12 shrimp each and the refills have 8 shrimp..so thats 200+ shrimp in one meal..soooo goooooood.
