Oz has changed...

I had a great time last night! It was a pleasure to see some old friends as well as meet a few new people. I had lots of fun playing: thanks very much to Oz and Jay for the opportunity, I really appreciate it

I'm sorry for not staying right until the end but the drive back to Mississauga is always a long (and daunting) one

I'm looking forward to the next one

Posted by Intangible on Jun-24-2009 16:27:

Good times indeed

Great meeting a couple new faces and seeing the PPB regulars.
And Alex and Fahads visit was a great surprise.

I enjoyed Liams breaks - It was a nice change
And Nicks and Kotov and Wildes sets were great as well.

It was nice that the music didnt get extremely loud - last PPB you could hardly talk, this time was perfect.

Had a lovely walk home - nothing better than a warm summer night

Looking forward to the next one

Only because people had to break into the DJ booth to turn it down.

I heard one bitch cry out 'dude get away from the mixer, dont touch that!'. Poor little baby didnt want anybody messing with his levels.

hmm i wonder why this person would say something like that....i mean its only rude to go and fuck around with the mixer while in use as compared to just telling them to do so (or working there and having the freedom to touch it as you wish)

This morning was murder. I left at what I thought was early enough to snag some poutine, turned out they were closed (!!), so I picked up a burrito instead not realizing that "large" in fact meant "larger than the cow they cut the steak from", and struggled against drunken douche bagels on Adelaide and the DVP who apparently couldn't wait until they got home to dip into their OMG-LCBO-on-strike stash.

By the time I got home, finished the burrito, and evacuated a small brick house, it was somewhere around 2 AM, for a 6:30 wake-up call, sweet.

But aside from the sleep factor afterward, it was a great time, thanks again Jason! Hopefully next time there will be fewer last-minute fails *cough*greenhorn*cough*.

just got back from buffalo from doing my first photoshoot. im kinda nervous to see how they turned out. a lot of photographers have told me not to worry cuz the first few shoots usually suck until i get a hang of it. meh.

lol @ evacuating a small brick house. i evacuated my buddy's whole subdivision today after lunch. felt like a million bucks. i saw lawns turning yellow by the second.

i was very impressed with the shisha setups that were there as well as the flavors, plus I learned how to setup my metal plate properly after learning that it wasn't put on properly! Something for me to aim for knowing the competition was fierce for this PPB :O

Although I felt out of place at times, I guess I blamed the drinks I had before showing up (which is why I was late). After talking to Intangible I had to run to the rest room to prevent making a mess on the floor :P but the music was really nice helped me mellow out. And of course the people were very nice, I guess it takes time to know all of you eventually so my time will come, but I thank once again for Jason and the manager of that nightclub for hosting such a great event! As well as the people who attended with their warming welcoming hospitality!
